I went on my first serious hiking trip for three days, so I was nervous about getting blisters. After doing lots of research and wanting to make sure I did n't have to bring along extra equipment( tape, scissors, padding, etc.), I found this and it worked like a charm! 35 strips for$ 10 was quite a bargain. It was easy to apply and each strip lasted me two days. If I had a `` hot spot '' on my foot, I used two pieces to double - up and it worked great. Highly recommend!

I received a free sample of these with on of my orders. I let them sit around in my gym bag a while before giving them a try. I didn ’ t understand them at first, but now I see the vision. I can use these on my toes, on my ankles, on my fingers, on my inner thighs, and I can turn them into a bandage with some gauze, and it never falls off! I can take a shower with it, go swimming, and go on long walks on the hottest sweatiest days in Florida. Other bandage brands might have a run for their money when people realize they can use KTtape to make their own sized bandages that never fall off. I have eczema and sensitive skin, and I don ’ t have any reaction to these. After a few days, I like to change them out. You can ’ t rip them off your thigh - you should wet them first, and then take them off.
