Great shoes for wet waiting. I bought these 1 1/2 sizes larger than my normal shoe size and wore them with the Simms wet waiting neoprene socks.

5 GlenM
Love them, they fit like a glove and are very solid shoes. They fit my foot like a running shoe but have lots of sturdy support. Feel good hiking in them to the hole.

5 alanc
Tough, well made wading shoe that provides solid footing and great support.

5 MikeC
Excellent WW shoe for those streams requiring hard soles. A necessary tool when fishing in Yellowstone

5 JohnD
Very nice wading shoe. I have a pair of Simms wading boots that I use but wanted something for long walks, potential wet wading, use as a boat shoe and easy on easy off. These boots are well made, comfortable and fit the bill nicely for me. A great addition to a wade fishers gear!

5 Richardc
Over all I love these boots, light, easy on and off, great grip with stud, and they have help up well. My only criticism is the web shoe lace eyes seen to be a little light. They have started to fray a little and one of them has torn through. I would have given a 4 1/2 but couldn ’ t, they are still a great boot.

5 CaptBillD
Comfortable, lightweight wading boot. Great for long hikes in the river

5 MikeC
Just what I was looking for in a lower profile boot to move around rivers with greater freedom from a heavier wading boot. Fit is true, comfortable, and performs well on all wading situations. Great product!

5 RichardW
Fantastic wading boots! Lightweight and low profile provides good ankle support and dexterity while boulder hopping compared to a high profile boot. Love the option for felt bottom soles as the waters in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina can get pretty slick. Thanks for another great product Simms!

5 JulieA

I spend more time on foot than in the boat so I was after a boot that would be durable and sturdy across land as much as in the water. The M's Flyweight are performing well in this regard. The sole is remarkably `` sticky '' so far and inspires a lot of confidence in stability. I ca n't imagine what they 'd be like with cleats! They are a boot so they do have a bit of heft to them, but relative to other boots I have used these are pretty light.

5 DonaldA
Awesome Boots…Very light weight and great comfort!!

5 DaveF
The wading boot is light, yet durable. Very comfortable. My favorite wading boot hands down. I wear them about 300 days a year.

5 AlanH
Awesome wading boot. Super light. Easier to hike, wade and less bulky. Great boot!!

5 ToddT
Very lightweight. Great for all day use “ running and gunning ” fishing.

5 Sammie J
These appear to be solid wading boots and I haven ’ t put them to the test just yet, but I ’ m happy with the purchase. I wear a size 8 shoe angle got these in 9 to fit into my waders with neoprene- booties, and the fit is right on the money.

5 MarnaR
The boots are terrific. Lightweight yet rugged. And finally laces that only need a tiny tug to snug up the laces. For future reference, I do wish there were a few more places for studs in each boot. Sill a fabulous bot.

5 DougR
Great fit on this women's sized wade boot. I did, as suggested purchase one size up from my street shoe size to accommodate the neo bootie on my waders.

5 MarieH
I needed a pair of non- felt- bottom wading boots for a New Zealand trip and the first pair I ordered were too large. The replacements came quickly, but without enough time to break them in before the trip. Not a problem at all – I put my flyweights on brand new with a pair of neoprene socks and was perfectly comfortable from the get- go, hiking miles through rocky riverbeds, crossing rivers all day long, wet- wading in total comfort. A fantastic product.

5 MalloryT
I bought these for wet wading. With most wading boots, I really struggle to find something that ’s comfortable for the kinds of miles I hike to a fishing spot, then the duration of my fishing, too. Others either don ’ t offer any support, are too clunky, or too heavy. These have finally solved all my problems!!!! They fit so well and feel like a good pair of hiking boots. The vibram soles are also a game changer. My favorite wading boots to date! For wet wading, I ordered my typical boot size and they fit well with wading socks.

Sims has awesome shoes for saltwater wading on the texas flats for redfish and trout with or without waders. They are very comfortable and the high quality.

5 RichardR
These flats shoes rock! They keep sand out and stand up to everything from sand, to skiffs, to razor sharp coral.

5 TravisB
Great boot! Materials feel durable the soles have very good traction and very comfortable!

5 NoahR
So far I ’ ve used it wading off the beaches in Belize and have had no issues with them. They are comfy and sturdy. The arches are slightly high if you have flat feet like mine but I quickly got use to them. I also went a half size up to pair them with the Fly weight wading socks.

5 WilliamB
First trip in my Simms Flats Sneakers was on a weeklong bonefishing trip to Mars Bay on South Andros. I normally wear a shoe size of 7. 5- 8 wide, but went with size 9 on the Flats Sneakers with the neoprene socks. Fit was great. We waded some pretty significant distances on a couple of days, and the Sneakers were very comfortable. Glad I got them, and I ’ d certainly recommend them highly. Caught some nice fish too. I figure it was the Sneakers. Why not!

[ I ’ ve been rocking the budget beaters for years until now! In fact 3 times over and over again. Wow! From the time that I set my foot into the boot I was in love! Comfort, quality, material, and the grip of the felt are highlighted features. Finally, I can go anywhere, safely! Also, the “ higher ” boot sides going from a 6 ” to about an 8 ” are a bonus for those ankle rolling rocks! Safe and sound, spend your money once and enjoy a quality pair, you deserve it!

5 PhilipH
Excellent boots, just finished a trip to the Salmon River in New York.

5 MichaelL
Love these boots. The size guide on the website provided the information I needed to pick the correct size the first time. I ’ ve only used them a couple times but they are perfect so far.

5 MarcusC
I guide atlantic salmon fishing for 12 to 15 weeks a year and do a lot of wading. Love these books. Very sturdy with good ankle support. Felts last me about 5 yrs of heavy use. Great boots!

5 DavidS

Broke these in on a 2- day trip in the Driftless spent guiding 7 other anglers. Tons of miles in and out of streams. Boots performed flawlessly and offered an upgrade in traction over my previous pair of Tributary boots. Highly recommend.

5 garryp
Boots fit true to size very well, recommend studs for sure, which I forgot to purchase, should be tough lasting for a guide pace, Thanks for great products.

5 johng
I wear a 9. 5 shoe, 7 ice skate and 10 simms boots. I ordered size 9 and they were to right.

5 MicahK
They are so solid for the price. All year long they still perform even in mossy or rocky areas.

5 AydenV
Awesome boots, they 've been great for long walks and have really good tread so I 'm not slipping on wet rocks.

Easy to walk in for a long day of fishing. ... I like that it has the metal rivets along the eyelights for the laces. ... Very comfortable. ... I wear a size 9 boot and the size 11 wader boot fit me

See all reviews

5 KeenanC
The boot is fairly lightweight and rugged. Very simple boot without much to it. Fits true to size and is able to lace up securely. Not as stiff as most other wading boots. I like that it has the metal rivets along the eyelights for the laces. These boots appear as if they were made to last. I would recommend this boot to others. It was a tad bulkier than what it appears in the picture, but not excessively so. Fits well with a lot of good support. Easy to walk in for a long day of fishing.

5 PatrickD
Fit great easy to get on and off. I have mobility and flexibility issues and was able to tie them with no difficulty. Wore them for 7 hrs in 44 Degree water my feet were warm all day long. I need a cane to walk and these bots gave me an added to my ability to wade in more rocket water.

4 marks
A good fit and comfortable. The rubber sole is different than a felt sole. It took some getting used to on slippery river rocks but was fine overall.

4 RLP3
Great boot. I wear a size 9 boot and the size 11 wader boot fit me perfectly. They recommended size 10 but was too tight. Very comfortable.

Very comfortable and durable ... Excellent flops for a day on the boat or a day on the beach ... Excellent fit, support and comfort- bought a second pair. ... Unique for a flip to have arch

5 ChrisO
This is my third pair of these flops. As a professional guide i wear flops about 90% of the time working and also when not on the water. These perform very well and the non slip tread seems to last longer than my other 2 national brands that I also wear frequently. They do appear a little tight from a fight perspective until they are work a few times. I also think they run slightly on the small side compare to Reef and Olukai flops. My biggest complaint is that they do not make them in MORE COLORS!

5 PaulL
These are great sandals. Really well made, durable, good looking and comfortable from the first time I put them on.( ordered mine up 1/2 size from what I regularly wear…they fit perfectly.

5 JasonB
As a guide that ’s on the water 200+ days a year these are the only flip flops that I own. I buy them 3 pairs at a time so I always have a pair near by.

5 BrianK
Love these flips. They fit great and offer good support all summer. The surface isn ’ t near as slick as other flips so there is less of a chance of slipping off and ripping your big toe off. Haha if you know you know.

5 TrentK
Simms sandals last! Had my last pair for 8 plus years. I would still be wearing them but they disappeared.

These are the third pair that I ’ ve owned and I use them exclusively for wade fishing beaches and inshore flats along the Gulf Coast of Florida. They ’ re a little more expensive than some other options but definitely worth it. They ’ re by far the most durable and provide better ankle support and protection from rocks and oysters than any other brands I ’ ve tried over the years. Most importantly, I ’ ve never had a zipper get stuck and break trying to zip them up. As you can see in the picture I ’ ve provided, the ZilpIt II Flats Booties complete my collection of Simms wading boots.

5 FrankO
These booties are awesome. Definitely buy one size over your usual shoe size. Easier to get on and off that way. Especially when wet. I usually don ’ t wear wading socks with them but it ’s an option if wading great distances( Christmas Island) Large zippers prevent getting clogged with sand the debris but still need to rinse well when done wading. Recommend these booties.

5 LindaA
The M boots were purchased as a birthday gift, my son really liked them.... he loves the outdoors and fishing. They will be used a lot.

5 JohnH
Replacing a pair of competitors wading booties used in the Bahamas once and discarded. Simms booties are much better quality in materials, design and construction. Notably, the boots are supportive of ankles and thick enough in the soles to protect feet from cuts or bruising from coral or limestone terrain. Beware that boots are a 1/2 to a full size smaller than designated. I bought size 14 to fit what I usually wear at 12 1/2 and they fit fine with a light sock.

5 DavidH
This boot is a must have for wading. Comfortable, sized perfectly, well built. Would buy again without question!

5 JoshuaM
Owned these since the end of 2020 and they 've held up to the test with no sign of wear and tear. I get out a few times a week during WI trout season andI fish some slippery streams in the driftless and central WI so it's nice to have reliable wading boots.

5
These boots are very comfortable—I think they ’ re the best wading boots I ’ ve ever owned, and I ’ ve purchased a lot of wading boots over the years.

5 BrianB
Dec 2023 on the Mo. Too windy for my poor fly fishing skills, so I was helping youngest with egg sacs. Boots are awesome. Follow the Simms sizing. I 'm a 9 in street shoes and ordered 10s. Run with wool socks and heated socks on top and still have a little room. I had a cheap K brand boot before and these are so much better. So much more support and structure. Especially if you have a hike to get to your spot. So glad I got these on sale. If they have your size, just buy them.

5 FaronR
Great product. Simms comes through again. I will continue to buy quality. The boots fit perfect and the traction is like a mountain goat.

Love my new boots, they fit great and feel great, have n't had them in the water yet, but will be soon. Got size 12 because of my waiters.

5 mikej
Perfect absolutely the best boots I have ever owned. I used to wear korkers but got tired of the soles pulling off in the mud. I should have changed years ago.

5 MichaelR
Well constructed great boot. I bought these for winter use. Two sizes larger for heavy socks.

5 JayH
I love G3 Guide Wading Boots, I 've bought two pair. One pair is rubber bottomed, I use them in the winter and in the summer when I am hiking into distant waters. The second pair is the Felt Sole. We have many streams and rivers in my area that are VERY slippery or have bowling ball sized rocks. The Felt Sole works like a magnet making wading much safer. As an older angler, the felt bottom works like magic. Not sure what the T tab on the back is for, I 'd prefer the old- style loop when pulling on my boots.

5 SteveR
Great fit. Sturdy. My first felt boots in 20 years. Intend to cleat them for Salmon. Restigouche is slippery!

I ’ m very happy with my new Simms boots. I have a wider foot and these boots have plenty of room. I love the boa system. It does require you to tighten the boots a few times in the first few minutes that you ’ re wearing they but the secure fit is wonderful.

5 IsaacW
Absolutely love them!!!!!! Didnt like my old boots because moving in the stream on the rocky terrain, they would always come untied. These boots with the ratcheting system are absolutely fantastic. They fit well, they are comfotable, I have absolutely no complaints!

5 EricF
These boots are great. Very light and so quick to wear. I have showed them to others. You can slide into them so easily and the fit is great whether wet wading or in waders! I have used them to Steelhead fish and to cut a tree out of the river to provide passage for boats.

5 vincet
Incredible boots, comfortable, boa system works great.

5 HenryP
Game changer! I ’ m not as flexible as I used to be and my old boot laces were a challenge. The BOA system makes it super easy to get on and out of these boots. Getting the best tightness is easy and has made a huge difference. Highly recommend these wading boots. Ordered size up from shoe size, great fit!!
