These have been great so far! My kid is 8 almost 9 and he ’s been using these non stop for about two weeks now with no issues so far. I spent a lot of time researching and these seemed like the best choice to buy for a beginner without getting a cheap crummy pair. If he sticks with it, next time we can look into some more upgraded ones from the hockey store. Bonus fun fact- They light up!

The size chart was not helpful. According to their chart I should 've been a 7 but they were took small. It would be great if they had these in store so I could try them on... I love the rainbow style but the laces are too short. I do think they are good basic skates. Especially for those who want more ankle mobility. Loosen the wheels and they ride smooth indoor or outdoors
