I have been a fan of Lamkin plus size( less tapered) grips for a while. This was offered at a great price. Slightly softer than the traditional Crossline and far more comfortable than the MCC. The dark grey is also a nice look relative to traditional black. I regripped the full bag.

This is my favorite grip and can be found on everything in my bag. The crosslines provide plenty of grip in hot, sweaty situations. I usually add extra wraps underneath the grip to get my preferred size, and my local store really takes the time to get it right. I have only installed this on a couple of clubs, but am happy enough with it's performance and feel that I plan to do the full set. I was looking for an inexpensive and less rough alternative to my Golf Pride Z- Grips, which I love. One of the reasons I have stayed with them for so long is because they are durable. However, they can tear your hands up after a while. Your glove seems to wear out sooner too. I have also tried Lamkin cord grips, but, for whatever reason, I seem to wear them out faster. Tour Velvet cords were an option as well, but since these were a couple of dollars cheaper( and they were out of stock), figured why not give them a try. Truth be told though, these are n't as grippy as the Z- Grips or Crossline Cords, because they are less rough. But I wanted a balance of comfort and performance and these seem to do the job at a cheaper price point. While some may prefer the standard black, I chose white( with black cord) just to make my set a little different.

I have always liked the feel of these grips but could only seam to find the with the taylormade logo. When I saw they were available with the golf pride logo figured let's try them glad I did. Purchased and installed the Flat large grip on my Cleveland FL Elevado, as I ’ d noticed some shakiness on the takeaway with the stock grip( which, I did like that grip a lot). The reverse taper helped with stability and… my first round with it, had six 1 putts( four of which were from 12- 15 feet) and nine 2 putts( the rest were 3 putts and it happens). Alignment, speed control, weight( being able to feel the putter head more than before) are… well it works as if magically and I ’ m sold. The grip smelled like chemicals( hoping that will go away), and was easy to install myself. Still putt- ing the lights out.
