[ These shoes have the perfect fit and feel. I got these for my 7 year old and he can be quite rough with shoes. My favorite is the velcro strap. He loves to be very independent and the velcro strap helps us get out the door and to school on time. I ’ ll never understand a little boys ability to make everything dirty, but I appreciate the fabric on these shoes and how easily they come clean. I would not change a thing about these shoes and I highly recommend them for any school aged child!

[ As a mom of a 7- year- old daughter who ’s all about gymnastics and running around outside, I picked up the Nike Metro Tek PlayStation sneakers( in kids ’ sizes) hoping they ’ d keep up with her active lifestyle while looking cute. These are marketed as a PlayStation collaboration, which isn ’ t really her thing — she ’s not a gamer — but I thought the design might still appeal to her. After a few weeks of wear, here ’s my perspective on their design, comfort, durability, and value for a non- gaming, high- energy girl. The sneakers have a sleek look with that my daughter actually likes. The classic design of black with white detail is versatile and makes it easy to wear for most occasions For a kid who ’s always flipping, jumping, and running, comfort is a must, and these sneakers do a solid job. My daughter says they feel “ comfy ” and “ light, ” which is great for her active days. The foam midsole gives decent cushioning for running around the park or doing cartwheels in the backyard, and the mesh parts keep her feet from getting too hot. They were a bit stiff out of the box, needing a few days to break in, but now she wears them without complaints. The fit is true to size, though a little narrow, but perfect for her because she has small and narrow feet. These sneakers handle my daughter ’s nonstop energy pretty well, though they ’ re not perfect for her gymnastics or intense outdoor play. The rubber sole offers good traction for running on grass or playgrounds, but I wouldn ’ t use them for serious tumbling or muddy adventures — they ’ re too nice to ruin, and the sole isn ’ t grippy enough for slick surfaces. I would definitely recommend these- as they are trendy, fun, versatile, and work well for a boy or girl.

[ These sneakers are perfect for my 6- year- old! The sizing was spot on — true to size — and they fit really well. He says they ’ re super comfortable, and the best part is he can easily put them on and take them off by himself. He told me they were his new favorite shoes. Great quality and very kid- friendly!

[ These shoes have been perfect for my 5- year- old. His foot slides right in, and he says they ’ re really comfy. I love the design with the “ fake ” laces — they look like regular sneakers but he can slip them on and off without any help. The fabric feels soft yet tough enough to handle preschool play. What I love most is how independent they make him. They were a little stiff the first day, but they softened up quickly and now fit great.

[ My daughter was so excited to get these Nike Metro Tek shoes. She put them on right away and commented about how comfortable they are. Being an active 7 year old, it's important to me that my daughters feet are well taken care of, but she also is a little fashionista so sometimes, flashy shoes win out over practical shoes. I love that she is excited to wear these, loves the athletic look and says they are comfortable to run and play in. These are her favorite tennis shoes and the ones she picks most often to wear. In addition to being daughter approved and comfortable, the shoes seem like they are very well made and will last until she grows out of them, if not longer. The material feels durable and looks like it could be wiped off pretty easily if they get dirty. We are very pleased with these shoes.
