Used the sliders several times before reviewing. First the instructions advise not using this item on tile or hardwood floors. Consequently used on carpet and smooth, clean cement floors. Sliders hung up on the carpet flooring. Worked well on the cement. Attempted all the advertised exercises. These give you a good upper and lower body workout in a relatively short time span( 15 to 20 minutes). I found they were very good to improve/maintain stabilizing muscles. My biggest concern is how long the sliders will last. Have cleaned them but noticed increasing scuffing. Barring this concern they are an excellent exercise tool.

I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the tee. We have a seasoned batter and one that is learning, and the tee is stable and durable, taking the bad swings! It was very easy to put together and very easy to transport. The kids have no issue setting up on their own. We really like the adjustable feature to practice differing pitches. The batting tee took my 13 year old son about 5 minutes to put together. It has a heavy rubber base and the tee is aluminum with a rubber topper. The telescoping feature is great, super quick way to adjust height for multiple players. The tee also rotates to get the ball in multiple positions across the strike zone. The rubber topper held on to the ball really well. Overall this is a superior training tool. My son said it is the best one he's ever used. Super useful and quick and easy to put together and take apart.

What a solid tee! This tee is so useful for my son. It give him the opportunity to easily move the location of the ball or hit baseballs in various spots.
