This is a great gym for the price. Everything functions smooth and quiet. Fits nicely in a small corner( 27 inches of the side wall and 3 inches off the back wall). Assembly took about 4 hours but the instructions are well done and easy to follow. Instructions recommend two people work together but I was able to assemble it alone with no major problem. If time is most important, I would recommend adding the installation service. The only negative is you must sit facing the machine for Lat Pulls to avoid hitting the Bench Press handles. No big deal.

I did spend on my normal Olympic bar but got this one to save money and get skull crushers in. First thing I did was a practice curl and noticed the noise. Shot some Blaster into the gaps on each end( pic) and no more squeak. Definitely glad I did n't pay more for this type of item. The first thing you notice when you put this together is that it is near commercial grade. It even allows you to bolt it to the floor if you want to make it more solid. I did not bolt it down, and it is still very sturdy. Solid feeling. The other great thing is that I am 6' 5 '' and the height for the chin up bar is perfect. My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

I do n't power lift or use a lot of weight, but for the average person who's not going to lift more than 250- 300 pounds this is a good set up. It was easy to assemble and is plenty strong. I 'm 6- 3 and the pull up bar works great, even with an 8 ft ceiling. It came with a few scratches from being shipped, but they were minor, it's a weight bench so who cares. It's held up very well, a great value for the money.

I would have to say this is my first home gym and I am quite impressed. It wasnt too difficult to put together and no parts were missing. One thing I would have liked is if they labeled the right and left arms as well as use darker print on the part boards which labeled the nuts and screws. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted. Great bar for the price. Solid welds and the knurling is aggressive which i love. It's a 45 lb bar and everything seems even and well constructed. The bar holds over 5 plates on each side and is n't bending. I 'm pretty sure it will hold 6 plates on each end depending on collar width. Hex deads are a great way to build muscle and this bar can handle the load. High and low grips are great for more options. Im glad i did n't spend 500 or some crazy price on a hex bar with more useless whistles.
