[ Does what it needs to do! It ’s very sturdy and keeps my ankle in place. It does take some getting used to, and putting it on was a little harder than I would like( but that may also just be me). I don ’ t think you ’ d be able to wear it with shoes, so as an at home support option it ’s great.

The design is rather bulky which will cause the shoe to expand at the laces if wearing a high top shoe or boot. However, this design is better than the lace up version brace, as the tied laces create a much bulkier issue if wearing high tops or boots with the brace.

He says it offers much more support than the one the podiatrist/PT doc gave him. It hits him higher on his shin/ankle but doesn ’ t seem to restrict him any.
