It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

My PT had me use this in physical therapy. Put it on the floor, roll your stocking foot over it for 3 minutes. AMAZINGLY fast results. 5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I 'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

I researched a lot of bikes and I am happy that I chose this one. One of the reasons I bought it is that it comes with the free Sunnyfit app which opens up a whole new level of fitness connectivity. What I like is to choose a World Tour workout and ride through the scenic streets and paths of other countries. It takes the boredom out of the workout. There are also instructor based workouts, and all for free! The app also tracks your progress and rewards you with badges, points and rankings when you reach certain goals.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. Had to buy a separate organizer. Also, switching between attachments mid- workout can be a hassle. Still, the versatility is worth the extra effort. Just be prepared for some accessory Tetris.

I was informed by Echelon that a new barbell is coming. That is great, cause i am not a fan of the one that came with it. I guess they heard feedback and decided to update it. The software gets updates almost every few weeks with cool new features. The product is very well made, and not a toy. It is a serious workout machine.

This Echelon thing tries to do everything- strength, cardio, yoga, you name it. Surprisingly, it does most of it well. The strength stuff is solid, and the HIIT classes are no joke. As a long distance runner I was looking for a resistance trainer I could use while on the road. Unboxing was pretty easy with three resistance bands and two ankle bands. The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.
