[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product — just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I just purchased my third Alate bra. The newest update seems to have a slightly thicker back band and bigger clasp, which makes it easier to close and offers a bit more support than my other ones. The straps are stretchy and super comfortable, while also being adjustable. I wear these bras everyday, they are so comfortable!
