One of my favorite new lures from yo- Zuri. Very versatile and works well especially in the back bays/rivers. Caught a few striped bass one night when nothing else worked. The Mirrolure Mirrodine twitchbait is my go- to lure when I am fishing the flats for big Speckled Sea Trout. It has been my most successful trout lure whether fishing in clear or murky water. The twitching action, the colors and luminescent shine really make a great presentation, and I 've watched how the fish just ca n't resist it. I 've also caught Jack Cravalle, Bluefish and even Pompano with this lure, so I can definitely say this lure catches fish. I would n't recommend you use it specifically to catch Jacks or Blues with it, because the construction of the lure is not made to handle the vicious, crushing bite those fish can put on a lure, but they are perfect for Sea Trout.

5
Tom from IL
I 'm impressed with the look of this lure. Yozuri lures have great design. This one is no exception.
Swimbaits with treble hooks offer enhanced hook-up ratios due to their design, which allows multiple points of contact with the fish. This can be particularly beneficial when targeting species that are known to strike aggressively. Additionally, the treble hook can help secure the bait more effectively, reducing the chances of losing a catch during the fight.
Swimbaits with treble hooks are versatile and can be used in various fishing situations, including freshwater and saltwater environments. They are particularly effective for targeting predatory fish species during active feeding times. Anglers often use them in open water, around structures, or during specific seasons when fish are more likely to chase down larger prey.
The materials used in swimbaits can significantly impact their action, durability, and buoyancy. Soft plastics may offer a more lifelike movement, while hard baits can provide a more pronounced wobble. Understanding the material characteristics can help anglers choose the right swimbait for their fishing style and the species they are targeting.
When selecting a swimbait with treble hooks, consider factors such as water clarity, depth, and the type of fish you are targeting. In clear water, more natural colors may be effective, while brighter colors can attract fish in murky conditions. Additionally, the size and weight of the swimbait should match the fishing environment to ensure optimal performance.
Yes, swimbaits with treble hooks can be effective in both freshwater and saltwater fishing. The key is to choose the right type of swimbait that matches the species you are targeting and the specific conditions of the water. Many anglers successfully use these baits for various species, including bass, pike, and saltwater game fish.
