I purchased this shoe for son who throws the discus and shot put on his track and field team. in high school. The shoe was a little `` pricey '' for me, but my son loves the shoe and said that it is the best shoe `` EVER '' for the grip to the ground and his ability to perform better. He had another shoe last year. He plans to exceed his record achieved last year and feels confident that he will win many first place medals in his performance because of this shoe. The coach agrees and has recommended the shoe to his teammates.

Tight supported fit through out the shoe. I have very high and wide feet and these are the only elite level throwing shoes that fit me. I noticed them being too tight at first but they molded to my foot within three days, amazing comfort for how durible and fitted they are. Perfect grip for spinning, Im rotate out the left easily and still have a huge amount of traction to push off. No doubt these shoes will improve your throw. Well worth the money if youre taking the sport seriously and want to be the best you can be.

I have been throwing for my high school track and field team for two years now. I have never had a pair of throwing shoes before, so I finally decided to get a pair. I ordered these shoes and within 3 days they were delivered! I was very excited to see that they were in good condition and came with their own waterproof bag! Overall, the shoes have a very tight fit which is what all throwers are looking for. The fit is perfect for my women's size 9( I ordered the size 7 in the men's) It has pressure in all of the right spots to keep my feet in place as I spin. My heel is held in place perfectly. It gives your toes a good arch and works well for gliding when throwing shot put. The sole of the shoe is very smooth and helped me a lot with my spin for discus! Above all, I would definitely purchase a pair of these shoes again and I highly recommend these for any male or female who is throwing! Great purchase and definitely worth the money!

To start, whatever problems people are talking about, seem to have been fixed. I have used the Rotational 6 shoes for the past couple of months before my season being all but cancelled, and have been extremely happy with them. These shoes are much faster than the SD 4s I used last season, and are about as comfortable as them as well. I 've worn the shoes for THREE hours at a time, multiple times, and have not gotten any blisters or really even felt any discomfort. Even after all of these practices, the soles still look amazing. I would definitely recommend these shoes to others, unless they were new to throwing. The shoes are really fast, even on my school's rings, which definitely are n't perfect. I will definitely be buying these again when my current pair gets worn out.

Frequently Asked Questions For Track And Field Hammer

A track and field hammer is a heavy weight attached to a long handle, which athletes throw for distance in competitions. The event requires a combination of strength, technique, and timing, as athletes spin the hammer around their heads before releasing it. It is one of the throwing events in track and field, alongside the shot put, discus, and javelin.

Track and field hammers are typically made from materials such as steel or iron for the weight, and often feature a durable handle made from materials like fiberglass or steel. The choice of material affects the hammer's weight, balance, and durability, which can influence performance. Athletes often select hammers based on their weight class and personal preference for feel and handling.

Track and field hammers come in various weight categories, typically ranging from 4 kg to 7.26 kg for men and women, respectively. The weight of the hammer is crucial as it determines the division in competitions and is selected based on the athlete's experience and strength. Understanding these categories helps athletes choose the appropriate hammer for their training and competition.

When selecting a track and field hammer, consider factors such as weight, material, and handle length. The weight should match your competition category, while the material can influence durability and performance. Additionally, the handle length can affect your grip and throwing technique, so it’s important to choose one that feels comfortable and allows for optimal control.

The design of a track and field hammer, including its weight distribution and handle length, significantly impacts performance. A well-balanced hammer allows for smoother spins and better control during the throw. Furthermore, the grip and comfort of the handle can influence the athlete's technique and ultimately their throwing distance.
