I 'm a aging tennis player who, let's be honest, can only handle pickleball now. This paddle is excellent( in my opinion) for anyone who's coming from the tennis side of things and finds the airflow around the traditional pickleball paddle shape to be odd. In addition, the shape is better for those tennis players who are using to having some bulk on the edges. It's really all about shape and airflow and this paddle kills it in those regards. The sweetspot is n't as strong as the Hyperion or other Ben John's style paddles, for sure, but this is more comfortable for me. Bit pricey, but success ai n't cheap.

Training paddles are designed to enhance your swimming technique by increasing resistance in the water. They help swimmers develop strength in their arms and shoulders while promoting proper stroke mechanics. Additionally, using paddles can improve your overall body position and streamline in the water.
Training paddles are typically made from durable materials such as plastic or silicone, which provide a balance of flexibility and rigidity. Some paddles may also feature foam components for added buoyancy and comfort. The choice of material can affect the paddle's weight and how it interacts with water.
Yes, training paddles come in various styles designed to cater to different swimming techniques and training goals. Some paddles are elongated for increased surface area, while others may have specific shapes to target certain strokes. Choosing the right style can help swimmers focus on improving specific aspects of their technique.
Using training paddles can initially slow down your swimming speed due to the increased resistance they create. However, over time, they can enhance your efficiency by building strength and improving your stroke technique. This can lead to faster swimming times as your muscles adapt and your form becomes more refined.
Training paddles can be beneficial for swimmers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. However, beginners may want to start with smaller paddles to avoid overwhelming resistance and focus on developing proper technique. As swimmers progress, they can experiment with different paddle sizes and styles to further enhance their training.
