Great ratings for speed, spin, and control. I have used this racket since last Christmas and it is like new. The only thing a racket should hit is a ball!! For the money, this racket is a great bargain.

This racket is a little heavier than the average racket and heavier than its same class competitor Stiga Cannon. It's handle is also bigger. I like that feature because it gives me more stability and encourages me to relax my wrist as I 'm trying to improve my Ping pong technique. It might not be the best option for smaller hands or younger players.

Overall- I think it ’s a great paddle. The ball jumps off the paddle with a lot of speed.

I purchased this as a gift for my teenage son. He enjoys playing table tennis with his dad and friends, but does n't play competitively or anything like that. I asked him to review it, this is what he had to say- compared to a `` regular '' paddle, it has a lot more grip so you do n't have to flick your wrist too much to produce spin and you do n't have to swing as hard to produce more speed. He wanted to rate it 4 1/2 stars, so I rounded up. He thought the price tag was steep, but we had nothing to compare it to, so we are unsure if the price is commiserate with the quality of the paddle.

My first paddle and has been great to learn with. I bought this ladle nexuses it's felt the best in my hand. Other grips were too `` short ''. I do notice that the ball really flies when you hit it off the sweet spot. Off sweet spot hits are a little deader as you would expect. It's nice and light- can play for hours with no fatigue.

I bought this specifically for paddle upstream on the Snake River from Centennial Park to Shoshone Falls. My wife and I planned to SUP and I wanted the ability to sit and kayak paddle if the current was really strong. The wind was blowing pretty hard that day so it actually propelled up upstream and we had to fight the wind while paddling downstream. Go figure. It came in handy against the 30+ mph wind and I 'm glad I had it along. FYI, it is heavier than our regular SUP paddle, so my wife did n't prefer it. She has issues from typing for years and felt fatigued after paddling with it. I had no issues and plan to use it for further adventures in the future. The little spring lock pin that locks the attachments together was difficult to depress after it got wet a few times. It may need some oil to move freely. Still experimenting with that.

You know what's fun? Being different. One of my favorite things about this paddle is that it's different. Every other paddle is predictably carbon fiber and all seem to be chasing the latest fad in paddle technology. They 're all innovating, sure, but in such a narrow space that they all start to seem kind of... the same. Revolin paddles have always provided a great value and performed well among their competitors. I appreciate that they 've been able to do it with more sustainable materials- both because sustainable is good and also because it just seems more innovative than doing what everyone else is doing. They are definitely one of the brands that seems they could make big waves in the industry. So, all that to say I like this paddle because I feel different playing with it. Something about holding volcanic rock in your hands is just... cool! It performs on par with the other paddles on the court but the feeling it brings me is unique and different. It just so happens my game is unique and different too so it's a good match:)

I have played pickleball 2 to 4 times a week for the last 3 years. I started with a midrange carbon- faced paddle, then moved to the Selkirk LUXX S2 after two years, and the change made a remarkable improvement in my ability to control the ball. I am a beginner( 5 months) on Pickleball and always had crappy paddles. I decided to go big with the Head Extreme Tour without knowing how it would be compared to the crappy ones I had. I have been playing pickleball for about 10 months. I started with a decent SLK beginner paddle which was fine but I was ready to step up my game. I did a huge amount of research and finally settled on the Selkirk Vanguard Pro Invikta paddle. I 've only played with Joola paddles, starting with the Hyperion 2 last year, then Perseus 2 amidst all the Gen 3 churn. Just got the Perseus 4, and it's definite upgrade- a much better paddle than I am player! The balance is definitely different than the Perseus 2, much lower and feels better to me. It has more power for returns and drives, but just playing with it twice I rarely hit it long( which I was doing all the time with the Perseus 2, while I adjusted to it from the Hyperion). Volleys are great, and best of all it has really good feel on drops and dinks. Spin is good too- you can see in the photo that the spin does n't come from surface grit so much as a woven pattern on the surface, which hopefully will last a long time. Great paddle- recommended!

Purchased this paddle due to the face being `` true '' Toray T700 carbon fiber. Paddles that indicate just `` T700 '' are typically made from low grade carbon fiber strands. Feels very light in your hand. This is a 16mm which may provide less power for those that like to bang but will provide more control for those soft dink shots. So far I 'm liking this paddle but have only played a few dozen games, so still getting the feel of it.

I 'm a aging tennis player who, let's be honest, can only handle pickleball now. This paddle is excellent( in my opinion) for anyone who's coming from the tennis side of things and finds the airflow around the traditional pickleball paddle shape to be odd. In addition, the shape is better for those tennis players who are using to having some bulk on the edges. It's really all about shape and airflow and this paddle kills it in those regards. The sweetspot is n't as strong as the Hyperion or other Ben John's style paddles, for sure, but this is more comfortable for me. Bit pricey, but success ai n't cheap.

I bought this paddle 4 months ago and loved it so much I purchased another one. The Holbrook's Aero line of paddles are amazing but the Aero X is so light and looks great with the edgeless design. Also, with the built- in weights at the corners it is ready to play right out of the package. It has a giant sweet spot, great control at the net, and when I need power at the baseline it provides that as well. For me, this is the perfect paddle for my pickleball game. I recommend to everyone who is looking to level up their game!

I love this paddle, it is so great for control and performance! Love the way it feels, especially with the weight distribution. It's by far the best paddle I 've played with. Highly recommend buying.
When selecting a pro paddle, consider factors such as weight, grip size, and material. A lightweight paddle can enhance maneuverability, while a comfortable grip ensures better control during play. Additionally, the paddle's surface texture can affect ball spin and speed, so look for options that suit your playing style.
Pro paddles are typically made from a combination of materials including composite, wood, and polymer. Composite paddles often provide a good balance of power and control, while wood paddles are known for their durability. Polymer cores are popular for their lightweight nature and ability to absorb shock.
Choosing the right size and weight for a pro paddle depends on your playing style and personal preference. Lighter paddles are easier to handle for quick reactions, while heavier paddles can offer more power. It's also important to consider the paddle's dimensions; a larger surface area can provide a bigger sweet spot, which is beneficial for beginners.
Pro paddles cater to various playing styles, including aggressive, defensive, and all-around play. Players who prefer a fast-paced game may benefit from a lightweight paddle for quick shots, while those who focus on control might opt for a heavier option that offers stability. Understanding your style will help you choose the right paddle.
While pro paddles are designed for advanced players, beginners can also benefit from using them as they provide better performance and control. However, it's essential for beginners to select a paddle that is not too heavy and has a comfortable grip to facilitate learning. As skills improve, transitioning to a pro paddle can enhance gameplay.
