I typically wear a 36 DD and I can wear this with no other bra and feel fully supported while lifting at the gym or wearing this to a casual scene. I think this goes without saying, but I would n't run in this without additional support. This top fits exactly as it looks like on the model in the photo. I am 5 ’- 9 ” and 135 lbs, and it hits me right at the waistline. This may be different for someone with a shorter upper body. My torso is fairly long. It is baggy as shown, and I would probably have preferred an XS, but this size fits well enough. Lifting my arms overhead, my midsection is still not exposed more than an inch or so. I intentionally wore a black bra under the white top, and you can see the shirt is not see thru. It is thick enough to hide a colored bra, yet is still thin and not at all bulky. The material feels very comfortable.
