I 've been using it 3 times a week for around 30- 40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5- 10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and `` wow '' can I feel the burn. I have gained over 30 pounds from menopause and this stepper has helped me fit into my jeans a lot easier. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. It's definitely worth trying this product if you need to switch up your workout routine.

We have had the SM4903 for about three weeks, and it is changed our lives for the better! I am pleasantly surprised with how much functionality you get out of this one machine- there is nothing you cant do on it with the right attachments. Setup was about as long as other people report: ~7 hours overall. Not bad or hard, just lots of little parts to put together in the right order. I purchased this online on Sunday, got it delivered today( Wednesday) and put it together in under an hour. The instructions are clear and concise, the parts are easy to identify or in a blister pack that has them clearly marked. It's a decent addition to a home gym where budget is a consideration. I love this machine. My back is really screwed up and the rowing machine allows me to exercise my entire torso at the same time I work my legs. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking to strengthen their body.

It's simple, not a lot of extras to maintain or break. It stands up and out of the way fast. Was easy to assemble. The only change I would want is a steel cable instead of the cloth band.

I may have just started using my new rowing machine, but I am feeling a tightness in my abdominal muscles. This is a machine I can use. I am in a wheelchair full time, and to be able to transfer from the chair to the rowing machine is fairly easy, it just takes a few minutes longer for me.

Great fan machine. I like how easy it was to assemble. I also like how affordable it is compared to other higher quality rowers. This seems to be of great quality. I would recommend this for beginners as you are n't able to change the resistance. It is powered fully by how quick you row.
