I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!

He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. He recommended it, provided specifics on its performance and advised me of the upgrades that were made since I bought the last one from him( 2014). None of the parts came labeled or marked, which made it challenging to identify them based on the manual. Adding simple markings or names on the components would have saved a considerable amount of time during assembly. Despite the minor inconvenience during setup, the elliptical itself is a solid product that delivers on its promises. I hope that Sole considers implementing user- friendly assembly practices in the future, enhancing the overall customer experience.
