After much trial and error, I have found that the Moji Lantern is the best overall for use in the Boundary Waters- they are rouged and have found that they stand up to a high water/wet environment. The variable brightnesses on the Moji means that I can have the lantern on all nights if needed. They are lite weight, very durable and dependable. I bought my first ones many years ago, and just bought two more, the old ones are in service to date still. The attached hanging system can attach to almost anything. They can face down or up, they are worth the investment and will give many years of service.

This battery seems to last longer than the non- rechargeables. Or maybe it ’s just seems that way because it ’s so much easier to re- fuel by plugging in than the hassle of removing and replacing all those batteries every few days! This rechargeable battery pack is a large upgrade over the stock included battery case for the icon 700 headlamp. It is lighter and feels better when wearing the headlamp than the battery case along with the inclusion of the rear facing red- light which increases the usefulness of the Icon 700 headlamp for more activities where rear visibility is needed. I would not hesitate to purchase this battery pack again, the only thing I would change is to purchase it sooner.

I now have 2 headlamps w/ this battery. I 've used the first one for a few years work daily, and it's given me superb service. Just runs and runs between recharges. Then I got a second light for other purposes and expect the same durability and service. I must add though that finding this on the web sight the second time was impossible til I did a Google search that connected me to the page. I 'd heard of Nebo tools on a Christian radio station, but never used any. I needed a new flashlight, and was wandering through a sporting goods store and stumbled across the flashlight section. At first I thought they were a little expensive, but then the idea of never having to buy batteries for a flashlight to hold. I choose the DAVINCI 1800L, and thought it ca n't be that bright. Boy was I wrong! I 'm amazed at the brilliance, and the epileptic inducing strobe. I do food delivery at night, so the strobe will come in handy should I need it. [ We bought these lights for car camping and love them. They light up the campsite well and create a great ambiance, much nicer than a lantern. They do take some care to unravel but if you 're careful when you pack them up each time it's not really a problem( we 've used them over 10 times with no issues). They have to be attached to an external battery which is fine, we either leave that end on a table or prop it up in a tree. Honestly been our favorite camping purchase this year.
