The cover packs up really nicely in it's own pouch; the pouch, in turn, is sewn onto the raincover, so you won 'd lose it, which is a nice touch. There was a little looseness, which is n't a big deal. The fit is good, but it could be a tiny bit longer. It seems to sit an inch or so above the grill legs. If you use the velcro to secure it, even as loosely as they will go, it will ride up even higher. The velcro straps could also be a bit longer to avoid the cover riding up. If it rains, there's a good chance that the bottom shelf will still have a bunch of water on it. I 'm unsure what the straps and buckles are for on the top( they are not pictured on the site), if I connected those it would be even shorter. I 'm guessing they are for smaller grills, but not necessary on the WW Pro 24.

[ This poncho packs to half the size and the weight is about 10% less than any of the inexpensive ponchos that I have used in the past. I 'm more of a weekend warrior, so I tend to hit the trail when weather forecasts are fair, but I always want to bring some kind of rain protection. I like ponchos because they cover my pack, which also allows more airflow and ventilation. I do n't know that I will ever use the tarp function, but I like that this poncho has eyelets for use as a temporary shelter.

Bought for a bird watching trip to Costa Rica, due to it being lightweight and having pit zips for the wet hot humid weather. It lived up to the task. This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. It's loose enough that I can wear layers underneath if it's really cold and the whole thing is lined with nylon so there is no binding at all. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. There is nothing about this jacket that I do n't like. Bravo Carhartt!

I absolutely adore the Rain Defender exterior fabric. Will Rain Defender keep me dry in a cloud burst rain storm? Nope! However I am often required to work outside when it is heavily misting, snowing and sleeting. I have a number of shirts and jackets with a sherpa lining. Layering under the sherpa provides excellent warmth. The last day I wore this sweatshirt it was windy, rainy and around 35 degrees. I stayed warm and dry. Excellent purchase. I am very pleased.

[ I bought this about a month ago for a wilderness fishing trip with my boys. Spent 4 nights in the bush, 3 days of rain, one tornado near miss. Slept in my ENO hammock under this rain fly and never got wet. My boys slept in high tech tents and while the tents kept the rain out from above some gear did get wet from water intrusion from below. Excellent performance in rain and high wind. Highly recommended.

[ I bought two for my son and grandson. The kept them dry in a pounding Adirondack rain storm while on a canoe trip. Goes up easily and the Velcro keepers on the corners and peaks are handy for containing the cordage. Extended out over the end of two generic hammocks and kept them dry.
