I got this so I would have a lightweight reflective vest I could take with me for travel, and this fits the bill! Took quite a bit of adjusting to find the right fit but I eventually got it. I run a busy rental outfit. Our guests come in all shapes and sizes. The Outfitter Universal is our go to pfd. It fits pretty much all adults the big ones down to the 125 pounders. The 6 adjustable straps are long enabling us to fit the bigger guests and they cinch down to smaller chests( 125 pound). One of the great uses of the 6 adjustable straps is our guest bodies often are not the athletic types. Some are big up top, some big in the middle and some are big down lower. The 6 straps allow proper fit no matter where the space is needed. Another plus to the Outfitter Universal is it's easy to get the paddler some ventilation on hot days. The jacket rides well on the body allowing for day long comfortable paddling. We can buy any pfd and continue to use 150 of the Outfitter Universal. Hope you check them out. [ This vest has me so excited for the the cold weather! At 5 ’ 2 ”, this synthetic fill puffy vest falls right above the knee for me in the front and is a little longer in the back. I love this feature for times when I will be sitting outside. I am a special education teacher and part of my job is walking and spending time outside in the community with my students daily, even in the cold Pennsylvania winters. It is a comfort to know that I now have this outerwear that is not only waterproof, will keep me warm due to Nike ’s Therma- FIT technology. The fit is roomy enough that I can comfortably wear layers underneath while not needing a scarf as the collar zips up to my chin. Along with being warm, I love that there is a slight pattern on most of the vest, but it is subtle enough to keep it from being overwhelming. It is stylish, yet comfortable and practical for movement, which is always what I am looking for in clothing for both work and in my personal life. I would suggest sizing down, as it does seem to run big. There is a waist cinching cord, but even with it drawn tight, I still could have gone down a size for a better fit. This is an essential cold weather staple and will be a great investment piece for many future winters.

I got this vest for Christmas and wore it the next few days hunting under my coat. I didn ’ t realize how comfortable I was until I turned it off. I was low 30 ’s and in the shadows. Only thing I could say I ’ m not on board with is monitor lights on the battery pack. Seems like you just have to let it auto shut off vs a manual shut down. The light on the chest isn ’ t ideal, I understand the ghost button but if I need it on in a hunting situation it is difficult to hide while game is in play.
