Top notch weighted balls, they seem to be very durable and will last for a long time, these things are versatile as you can use them to hit( front toss& tee) but I wouldn ’ t recommend throwing from a far distance, you can also use them to warm up the rotator cuff and get those arms going with the resistance from the weight.
