Love that the silicone is painted on the glass. The silicone bumper adds a bit of slip and bump protection, especially when placing the bottle on a granite counter top. I do wish there was a simple cap, with or without a drinking spout, so the bottle does n't leak. For instance, my water bottle often ends up tipped over on the passenger seat of my car, and the current lid does leak, a little quicker than I realized originally.

It does what it says it does. I was extremely skeptical about the leakproof advertising of this cup. Let's be honest, it's not often that straw cups like this are known for their leakproof abilities, even if they claim to be. This one genuinely is, so I am very impressed by that! It's easy to use, and relatively easy to clean. It just seems like an all around thoughtfully designed product, I 'd definitely consider getting a backup one! I will mention, the 'Dune' color is an off- white/ivory. That is what I wanted when I bought it, so not a complaint. A lot of the available media from Brumate makes it look more like a pure white, even if I figured it was n't based off of the name. I thought I 'd add this in my review since I did n't see clarification elsewhere for it!

[ I have a whole collection of bromates I ’ m pretty obsessed! They keep my drinks cold all day. I bought this one because I wanted to have a water bottle for my river trips without having a whole cooler and separate float. I also have the growler that BruMate used to sell which holds 5 1/2 beer. So that growler and this large water bottle is perfect for a trip on the river. The silicone sleeve also held with dings and is interchangeable. I like that I don ’ t have to touch the straw to draw it out and put it back. I added a paracord and carabiner to carry and strap to my tube to secure it when the rapids approach. Just go for it its very worth it!
