I am 5' 5 '' and they are super long, but have styled them with some sneakers that have a platform or give me a little lift and it 's not a problem. I noticed the model in the photos was 5'10 '' and they 're just about touching the floor, so that 's a great representation of how long they are. I just love the way they fit and look, and have already ordered the other colors.

I sized down in these based on reviews. I usually wear a MD pant with Free Fly, but I am glad I sized down. They are `` fitted '' by sizing down, but no uncomfortably. Does not pull with sitting and I can tell they are already relaxing with wear, so I am happy I did size down. I think a MD would end up looking a bit looser than I would like with thise style of pant. I love the Canyon Clay color and the cotton is so soft and comfortable. Another great product from Free Fly!

Love the length option for this. I 'm 5' 9. 5, 185lbs, ordered a large and pulled the pants up to my belly button to show that the pants still cover the floor and my feet. [ I wear a 16/18 and bought these in an XXL. I ’ m a curvy 5 ’ 5. They are a perfect length for me to wear as a wide leg pant. They fit so beautifully and the material is genius, if I could buy in every color I would!( They were sold out of my size in every color but camel). I would say the waist is a tad lose for me but not so much that it will be a problem. I know better than to size down though because my hips legs and booty will most likely be too thick for that.

[ I 'm 5' 4 '' with a waist of 39 '' and a hip of 46 '' and the XL fits great! The legs are baggy as pictured and, for me, the waist is very high rise to get the cropped length. If I wear the pants under my belly button, they are more ankle length. The waist band tends to rise when seated and I do have to adjust when standing but I find that most of my pants do that regardless. I got the canoe color and it slightly see through. If you were to wear black or dark brown underwear you would n't be able to see the underwear itself but it would show a shadow. Overall, love and looking at ordering in more colors.

[ I wanted to get another pair of the “ Holly Pants ”, which I love and have had for many years, however Marmot has discontinued them. The “ Arche Rock Pants ”, according to a very helpful person in Consumer Service, are the closest match. I like the pants but I ’ d prefer a light soft lining which the Holly pants have and a softer outside material which probably is less water resistant. The Arche Rock pants have a thin material with no lining and they rustle when I walk. Maybe some of the stiffness will decrease over time. The navy color and the fit are fine but the length a bit short I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ” 135lbs and size 8.

The fit is very comfortable I ’ m wearing biking shorts under them in the picture. They are super lightweight, durable, breathable, abrasion resistant, stretchy, quick drying, zipper hand pocket for security, legs zip off to 8 ” short, and adjustable hem. The legs zips off super easy and they are a good length I ’ m 5 ’ 2 ” to give you an idea of where they hit. I would absolutely take these with me on any hike and especially overnight hikes cause they are so universal. Put long johns under them and stay warm. These are worth every penny.

[ I bought theses a few weeks ago to wear for work on a ski mountain. We had some extremely cold days last week and I was always warm. The fit is perfect and any dirt seems to brush right off. I skidded on my side about 8 feet after crashing a dirtbike going way faster than I had any right to, and the pants look new. I don ’ t know if the current fabric is the same as these, but I bought them about seven years ago, wore them hiking, and then decided to take up dirt biking last Saturday( you are correct, these are not appropriate pants for that sport). The side of my leg that I landed on is covered in baseball - sized black and green bruises, and I do have broken skin. The pants are untouched. I have no idea how. OR you killed it

WHERE ARE THE NEW COLORS?!?! These are the most absolutely amazing pants on the market and I 'm getting nervous that there are no new fun colors this season. It 's true that this fabric does pill little bit but hear me out - they 're still totally worth it! I work exclusively outside for my fulltime job, hiking 5 miles per day on average and I genuinely wear these pants 4 days a week at minimum. I 've had the same pairs of Ferrosi 's for over 5 years and though pilled, they 've lasted perfectly and show no other signs of wear. They are crazy lightweight and breathable but also water resistant. They keep me cool in 100+ degree weather and also do great over a baselayer in the winter. They are stretchy enough but also hold their shape. OR, you better warn us if these ever get discontinued so I can buy 10 more pairs.

I use these pants when hiking and camping in cold/damp weather. The fleece liner feels so comfy against the legs, and the outer shell is durable. These pants are extremely flattering, but I am not a curvy girl... I 'm more straight - shaped. I could see why a curvy figure would have some issues with the waistband. I am in the outdoors all the time for work, and these are a go - to pair for me in the colder and shoulder months. I will be buying more.
