[ The Nike ACG Zegama were an exciting pair of sneakers to test. I am longtime fan of the ACG collection, mainly for it's forward and functional design. These trail sneakers embody both of those fully. I wore these on the trail routes near my home and they full adapted to the uneven and sometimes slippery terrain. I 've worn them on dry runs and just after rainfall, and the footprint/sole of this sneaker felt like it grasped the earth well in both circumstances. The elastic ankle detail hugged my foot just enough for added stabilization. I could really feel the vibram sole and full cushioning which I prefer when trail running. I appreciated the non slip grip the laces had on the upper, they felt secure the duration of each run. But my main takeaway was the width of the sole at the ball of the foot. It really felt different compared to other sneakers I run on trail with. This felt like when my foot stuck the ground, it was fully connecting, giving me more confidence and security with each step. The shoe was comfortable and responsive all around.

I usually struggle finding trail shoes that feel supportive without being too tight, but these fit really well right out of the box. I also loved the overall design because it feels versatile enough for different outdoor activities. The bottom soles have a lot of grip, which made them great for trail hiking, uphill runs, and even climbing over rocky terrain. The cloth- like toe cover almost made it feel like I was running barefoot, but with enough protection and support. The fabric around the feet is soft, lightweight, and breathable. Compared to most hiking shoes, the traction on the bottom feels much lighter, which made it easier to pick up speed and do short runs comfortably. One of my favorite features was the ankle portion because it fits almost like a sock and feels secure without rubbing. What I liked most was how easy it felt to move in them. I was able to comfortably pick up my feet and transition into short uphill runs without feeling weighed down like traditional hiking shoes. Honestly, I wouldn ’ t change anything about the shoe. Even though it ’s not labeled as a wide shoe, it still worked well for my feet and provided solid arch support. My only recommendation would be to wear high socks and avoid wearing them barefoot. I made the mistake of doing a 2- mile uphill run without socks and ended up with blisters, so good socks definitely make a difference.

I ’ ve only had these shoes for a short time, but so far I ’ m very impressed. I previously wore the Nike Pegasus Trail 4 GORE- TEX and loved them, so I was a little hesitant to try something new. The fit and overall feel are similar enough that the transition has been easy, with no significant break- in period for me. I have high arches, a higher instep, and toes that like room to spread when I walk. I also tend to notice pressure points and fit issues quickly. These shoes provide a nice balance of stability and flexibility without feeling overly rigid or overly cushioned. They feel secure through the midfoot while still allowing natural foot movement, which is important for my walking/running style. For sizing reference, I wore a size 8 in my Pegasus Trail 4 GORE- TEX and chose an 8. 5 in these. I ’ ve experienced no rubbing, hot spots, or heel issues so far, and they ’ ve been comfortable from the first wear. The traction and overall ride feel well suited for walking on a mix of pavement, road shoulders, and uneven terrain. My only wish is that there were more color options available when I ordered. I recently noticed the customization option and would have loved that feature from the start. In fact, I ’ m already considering picking up a second pair as a backup because I like them that much and hope Nike keeps this model around for a long time.

[ This is my second pair of Trail Pegasus, and I like it more than the first one:) The Pegasus are a staple for any running enthusiast, but I had n't worn a pair of trail shoes until recently, and I 'm sold. The sole has a lot more grip, which makes these shoes truly `` all- terrain '', both for trail runs but also for every day walks. On top of that, these shoes include Gore- Tex material, making them water resistant( no more excuses not to go for a run in light rain!). The toe box is wide enough for stability but not so wide the foot slips. The material is breathable yet durable. The heel area is supportive but didn ’ t cause blisters. Most importantly — the reactx felt soft and comfortable underfoot with a good energy return without compromising stability. The shoe is lightweight. It worked well for the mildly technical trail runs as well as gravel and road surfaces I wore it on. I would, however, be hesitant to wear it for highly technical trails or wet/slushy conditions. This was my first experience with the Pegasus trail and overall it was very positive. I feel confident and natural in the shoes and will be putting more miles in them.

Luckily the Speedgoat 7 fixes many of my previous complaints and is a light, cushioned trail shoe that still provides a good ground feel. I have long, square shaped feet and the toe box felt slightly narrow; sizing up made the whole shoe too big, so I stuck with my traditional size and did a heel lock lace tie which helped keep the foot in place!

[ This shoes are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I used to suffer from feet pain and it has been reduced to a 90%. They are perfect for hiking and running and I love using them for work since I walk a lot. They are true to size. The thing I love the most is its comfort and how well designed they are. The thing I would change is that they are not too breathable so my feet get a little warm throughout the day. But I will definitely continue to buy specially for winter time.

[ For reference, I am a casual runner, mom of two, trying to prepare for my first mud running race in 9 years. These appear to be great trail shoes. I haven ’ t had much opportunity to test them in wet conditions yet because it ’s been dry and hot here, but so far they have held up great. For a waterproof shoe, they seem very soft and pliable which is a huge win for me. It ’s amazing because they feel like a traditional tennis shoe material. The shoes are slightly narrow for me, but I have extremely wide feet for a woman( 10 cm) and they just squeeze my toes a bit. They are wide enough in the midfoot just not quite in wide enough for my toe splay. Otherwise fit seems very true to size. I also removed the insoles because I have high volume feet and there was plenty of room with the insoles removed. They are very lightweight as well which is important to me. As I ’ m just slowly getting back into running I haven ’ t put too many miles on them, but it makes it easier when you have a comfortable shoe to wear and your feet don ’ t hurt! I love the look of these shoes; black is my preference anyway but especially for trail running as all my other trail shoes always end up dingy brown. The only thing I would change is I like a little more flexibility and ground feel in my shoes, but I know this is a personal preference. Overall, love these and would recommend.

Broke my pair in walking around the city and at work for a few days and then hiked in them and loved them! Got ta love Gore- Tex, was walking through streams like it was nothing! The grip left me feeling secure, even at spots that were a little rugged or slick. Great barefoot shoot with good grip. I wear mine hiking as well as walking around town with my dog. I have been wearing my shoes for approx 6 weeks& have put in a couple of hundred miles walking/hiking. They have held up very well. The tread is still like new. I will be ordering more. However I do wish there were more “ darker ” colors that aren ’ t brown or black. The lighter colors tend to get dirty fast. I also recommend weatherproofing with a leather/suede spray as it does keep the shoes in good shape( easier to clean& prevents staining).

I use these shoes for 2- 3 spin classes a week- so not an expert rider but ride enough that I needed to invest in spin shoes. The soles are fairly stiff( good for spinning), nice snug fit. They seems to be very good so far and best for the price. I did have to buy the attachment since it does n't come with the shoe but I found the reason is that it attachment depends on what cycle bike you have and there is no universal one.
