This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time. Sometimes I have to retie them. I can live with that. I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. The grip is also phenomenal on these, I??? ll have no issue upping the weight going forward! For reference: I am 5 ’ 7 and wear a size 10 in women. So far so good. First off Thank you Nike! I ordered a size 11 because of my last pair of Nike I bought were a 10 and the fit was to small. Per a review I read and doing some research I ’ m glad I went a size up. I guess I could have gone with 10. 5 but why risk it. The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. Mine are gray, and the green on the bottom is a soft green so the silver metallic swoosh on the sides is a welcome touch. I 'd definitely buy this shoe again, especially if it comes out in all- black with black sole.

I was leery about ordering these as some of the reviews said they were not comfortable. Well i 'm glad I did n't listen because I love them! They 're comfortable as I am on my feet all day& the laces are great;- P Ons has become my favorite brand.

My wife bought this shoe to try. She has a Cloudnova 2 that she wears for work but wanted to try something new. She said it fits similar to the Cloudnova 2 ’s but they are more firm and seem to be more for training and hit workouts rather than distance running.

I love them! I needed to replace my war- torn gym shoes and these are perfect. I was nervous reading the reviews that they 'd be too small or uncomfortable. I think the difference in the way some of the styles are made could be the problem. The material and color combination I got was n't an issue at all. I got my normal sneaker size and I 'm so glad I did. If you wear thick socks go up half a size, thin socks, buy your regular size.

Nike Air Max SCs are one of my favorite shoes, and in this color, they are amazing. I have bought three pairs of these shoes; I wear them to coach baseball, play pickleball, and travel in. They are comfortable and I can stand on my feet for hours. I find them to be very well fit wise and not too narrow as I have a relatively wide foot.
