Hey if you are looking for comfort and performance out of your shoe. This shoe is one of the best cushion shoes next to the Nike signal d/ms/x. Especially on the treadmill it gave me extra cushion and spring with every step. I run about 3 miles a day on treadmill so it was a wonderful experience even out the box with no break in.

I was a bit apprehensive when I read the fit was a bit snug but swift delivery meant I didn ’ t have to worry as the fit is fine. I ’ ve only worn them for a few hours and they seem really comfortable. I ’ m a size UK 5. 5 with a high instep but always buy UK 6 and I have enough room in these trainers without them being too big. Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). I have arthritis in my left big toe joint, and tendonitis on the top and inside of that foot. I have been struggling to walk without increasing pain for the past 6 months, and have not been healing. It has been very discouraging. The tendonitis even caused pain while biking. I have been wearing this shoe for 3 days and am amazed! I am walking with very little pain in my big toe joint, and my tendonitis has already improved, both while walking and biking. I have tried all kinds of carbon fiber inserts inside all kinds of good athletic shoes, with no improvement, for six months! This built- in carbon fiber shoe, with the widened toe box, is working the magic. Please do n't change it( except to add the option of a wide width), and please do n't discontinue it. Please re- stock the black and white in a 10. 5 so I can wear them more subtly with daily clothing. Thank you!!

Wow. These are awesome. I ran my last half marathon in the Pegasus trail, and I was less than impressed. I went to the Wildhorse but felt those needed more cushioning. When I started doing road races in the vaporfly, I was really hoping that Nike would do some sort of vaporfly hybrid shoe for trails and I feel like this is it! I took it right out of the box on a 7 mile adventure, with about 2k feet of vert in the first 2 miles and then a downhill 3 mile run on a fire road, before hitting 2 miles on pavement. They performed superb. They are ultralite( 6. 5oz in my size) and have a super wide toebox, which is unlike most Nike products. This means that you ’ re not gon na get any pressure on your toenails and they ’ re not hitting up against the front of the shoe. They ’ re super breathable and the carbon fiber plate definitely gives you a little propel forward. I ’ m so excited that Nike finally got a contract with Vibram because the soles are incredibly grippy. I don ’ t know how this shoe would do on super technical terrain, considering it is a race shoe, so it ’s meant to be fast and agile. But I don ’ t know if it would protect you from kicking a rock or hitting a rock with anything near your ankle. You ’ re definitely gon na feel that. I ’ m all in for taking this on my next race and super excited to see how I perform in this shoe. I love that there ’s no break in time with Nike ever and I ’ m really happy to see that they have stepped it up with their trail running shoes. We needed this!

The Pegasus 41 is like an intelligent upgrade from the 40... same last, same perfect fit, but lighter, with better cushion( but still with the ability to `` feel the road '') and even better stability in the heel.
