These are my favorite running and general exercise( weights, day hikes etc) shorts. The shorts are flexible and loose in the legs( without being loose to the point they ride up into the crotch area under friction like some shorts) which I like. These shorts are great for running. The pocket inside is big enough to hold my iPhone. The quality is good as well. If you are on the fence regarding size, I would recommend sizing up as they are a bit small. I ordered a medium and I am 5 ’ 9 ” and around 170 lbs.
