I have tried on so many of these types of sports dresses and I have never found one that I liked until this one! The best part is that the built in bra is perfect. I actually feel comfortable wearing it without a separate bra which is very unusual for me. The built in shorts with pockets for your phone are great too. It also has really great tummy flattening. The only downside of this dress( and any other dress this type) is that in order to use the bathroom you have to pull the entire thing off the top of your body and essentially be topless. But I do n't mind that too much. I am 5' 4 '' 130lbs and the small fits me perfectly.

These pants are awesome for winter outdoor and athletic activities. They are lined and windproof, so you can wear them when it is pretty cool to cold and your legs stay warm. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. The extra cargo pockets on the legs are great to put your phone in and they snap so your items are secure, but still easily accessible.
