The best way to describe the fabric is to compare it to the Athleta brand I also wear. The Athleta brand has a buttery soft feel, a bit slick, thinner feeling fabric, and I do love them. By comparison, the Calia fabric for this legging has a slightly course, thicker feel, making it a bit warmer with a more substantial feel, which I also love. And when I say “ course ”, I should clarify that it is still a very soft fabric and you won ’ t be disappointed. Both are great in their own way, and I wear either depending on what I ’ m doing.

Nobody likes to wear a jock, this product gives so much better support than more traditional “ old school ” supporters. Highly recommend for all ages. For reference this brief functions more like a dance be, t than a traditional jock strap.

Thanks to all comments on this product. Made it easy to purchase for my step son who is in a basket ball program in middle school. As he was not comfortable in a jockstrap in front of his team mates. For support gear. As in other comments he to likes wearing these pretty much all the time. Not a problem, they are very durable. He pretty much lives with me, closer to his school, so I do all his laundry. They hold up, wear, and launder well. He likes them, that's a REAL plus...! LOL...

I purchased a pair several years ago to stabilize my knee caps during hiking, and I have not needed to replace them. They are snug around the leg and snug around the kneecap but looser just over the cap; the material comfortably holds the knee caps in place without pressure from a gel pad. I have worn these over and under exercise leggings, and they stay in place because of the silicone grippers. They do n't usually `` roll '' down. I can wear them comfortably for the duration of my hikes. I have tried other sleeves as well as purchasing a knee stabilizer with the side braces and kneecap gel pad at$ 200, and I hated it and went back to these.

I have a torn ACL and am using this brace to help get around until my surgery. I feel some better support and its helped to keep my swelling down. I like it because its lightweight and breaths nicely which makes it more comfortable than other sleeves I 've used in the past.
