It's warm and comfy. Soft fleece, lots of zippers and pockets. Got the gray, the fleece is different from my other Denali's. The fleece is maybe softer than the usual Denali fleece. The fleece does shed, which I guess happens with the softer fleece. It is way more cropped than the older Denali as well. The name should say `` Cropped ''. I 'm considering sizing up to see if it will make any difference, but that means the sleeves will be much wider. I 'm not sure why the under arms are soooo huge maybe to decrease sweating hence the zippers under the arms. They should have two options for the Denali, one with a regular length and one cropped for women. This one is functional, but will rise up. I buy a new Denali every few years, this one is very different. The prices keep going up and the jackets and sweaters keep getting shorter.

I ’ ve put a ton of wear and tear on these pants with backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, and general travel. For being as breathable and light as these are, they hold up to abrasions pretty well. I ’ ve had tons of branches, rocks, and trees slide on these without any major damage. The integrated shoelace/string belt on the interior of the waist is a great little compliment to the external belt loops, no extra bulk with a little extra security. One small negative I have for these are the elastic cinches at the cuffs. They ’ ve held up fine so far, but I ’ m always worried about losing one of the little clips that go on them. Just make sure you loosen them before taking the pants off and double check that the 2 pieces are still there.

I love these pants for hiking and backpacking. The material breathes well, dries quickly and is cool in hot weather but warm enough when actively hiking into the upper 40s even in a mild breeze. The draw cord at the waist is very nice and works well. Eliminate need for a belt, which gets in the way when carrying a backpack. The draw chords at the cuffs are nice, but they require a plastic attachment, which is easily lost. They should be supplied with one or two replacements when purchased.

A great short sleeve. Machine wash& dry completely fine. The elasticity of the fabric is smooth to the skin. Protects your core and shoulder areas from UVs. The inner stitchings are hardly noticeable and does not irritate like other brands like NorthFace. The length of the shirt is perfectly loose and tall. The waist has a room yet it's not too wide( I 'm 6' 2 190lbs athletic build). The only caveat is the color option. Definitely need more colors including White to make the line up more versatile in both short and the long sleeve in Crater Lake.

Amazing pants. Have worn these on the John Muir Trail the last two years. Great slightly baggy fit that breath really well and don ’ t bind on the knees when having to step up large rocks. Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. I was worried that the waist would be too tight on me as I am not used to wearing high- waisted pants and I do not have a curvy figure. Going by the size guide, I ordered size 40, but the hips and legs were much too baggy, although the waist was okay but still loose. I took a chance and exchanged the 40 for a 38. When I first tried them on I found the hips and legs fit perfectly. But the waist, as feared, seemed too snug. I kept the pants for a couple of weeks and every few days I would try them on and wear for short periods indoors. After a while, the waist started to loosen just enough to feel comfortable. I have worn them a few times now and the fit just keeps getting better! I am so happy because I really wanted to like these pants and now I have a pair that fit beautifully. I will use them for hiking year round and in the winter as a good pair of outdoor pants in Alaska.

My daughter got me a pair of these pants for Christmas last year. When I tried them on I instantly fell in love with how they felt. They were a little big in the waste and slightly long. However, what I really love about these pants are the ankle straps and the ability to cinch them around your boots. Perfect hunting pant in my opinion with leg/thigh vents and large pockets fir phone and e- collar remote, or anything you carry. They are super comfortable, water resistant on the legs, and they dry quickly everywhere. [ I have been climbing for 30 years in total and in various iterations of this harness for a long time now. It ticks all of the boxes in terms of function, fit, and durability, and especially price. One of the things that I like most about it are the gear loops. A lot of brands put their loops too low on the harness in my opinion, which causes gear to hang down around your lower leg. I prefer things to sit higher so that everything is tighter to my body when I move. The harness trad climbs and sport climbs equally well. The only downside to it is the weight being a little on the heavy side. I prefer a 32 inch waist in pants and wear a size medium in this harness, which puts me at the bottom end of the fit and allows me to cinch the waist within a cm of all the way down. This puts the gear loops more towards the front. When you look at the size range for a harness, always make sure to consider that the measurement will be smaller than your waist size because you wear it above your hips.

I don ’ t know if the current fabric is the same as these, but I bought them about seven years ago, wore them hiking, and then decided to take up dirt biking last Saturday( you are correct, these are not appropriate pants for that sport). WHERE ARE THE NEW COLORS?!?! These are the most absolutely amazing pants on the market and I 'm getting nervous that there are no new fun colors this season. It's true that this fabric does pill little bit but hear me out- they 're still totally worth it! I work exclusively outside for my fulltime job, hiking 5 miles per day on average and I genuinely wear these pants 4 days a week at minimum. I 've had the same pairs of Ferrosi's for over 5 years and though pilled, they 've lasted perfectly and show no other signs of wear. They are crazy lightweight and breathable but also water resistant. They keep me cool in 100+ degree weather and also do great over a baselayer in the winter. This is my second time purchasing these pants. I bought my original pair for a trip to Everest in 2021 and I wore them for weeks straight. They have great stretch, and I loved the adjustable waist and venting in particular as I tend to run hot. We had many days of cold rain on the way up and these pants kept me warm the whole time.( paired with lightweight base layer leggings). The inner leg protection for the boots is rugged and I agree with others that details such as the many zipper pockets made these pants an excellent value. Definitely a jacket for specific shoulder season weather: colder, semi- dry days. It's a warm jacket that sadly does n't have pit zips to let heat out when the hiking/climbing gets going. I had to fully unzip the front and leave it open. Would n't use it as a rain jacket. Could be used as a light snow jacket. I 've been using it as a springtime( and fall) belay jacket and it works great. If you get caught in a drizzle the repellancy works shedding water and wind. Love the soft, stretch fabric that does n't restrict moment and allows me to wear just a t- shirt underneath if need be. Big pockets all with good zippers and it packs into its own pocket. The hand cuffs are interesting and remind me of cycling jackets that are longer on top to keep water off the back your hands. It has stretch band cuff on the underside along wrist. So far i have n't had issue with them, but i worry the elastic will one day no longer be tight and the cuff could be baggy and useless. Maybe they should have stuck with classic Velcro straps to adjust cuff tightness-- only time will tell. Overall i like the jacket as my backup for when i do n't expect bad weather but need something just in case. A great jacket for walking around town too.

I haven ’ t had any issues with this, the only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is simply because I found the thigh adjustments didn ’ t adjust big enough. I could just have massive thighs, who knows, but women ’s bodies vary quite a bit. I would say anyone could enjoy this, whether you ’ re a beginner or more advanced. I would make sure to try it on in person to find the right size since they are very adjustable, just wished it was slightly more adjustable.

For a lightweight harness; it's well padded, durable, packs super small, has all the gear loops I need and I LOVE the fifth gear loop. When I 'm trad or multi- pitch climbing I really appreciated that added organization. Detachable leg loops are also another thing I like about this harness, as I see a lot of lighter weight harnesses relying on elastic non- adjustable. The detachable feature gives more options for bathroom use and layering more comfortably when on longer/alpine style routes.

I ’ ve tried lots of harnesses and always end up coming back to the solution as my go to sport climbing harness. Is it the lightest in the line? No. But not by much, and it ’s so comfortable for long belays typical of outdoor sport projecting. Highly recommend.

I 've been climbing in the Solution harness for over 10 years now. This harness is my go to for hard sport sends and big days in the alpine. It really does do it all. The material is light, but not so light that it's uncomfortable and creates pinch points. I 'm a huge fan and will continue to re- up on this rig for years to come.

I picked it up at a fair price and probably would n't have bought it otherwise. I 'm glad I took advantage of the sale. It's a nice simple vest with a good fill count. I 'm not really a vest wearing kind of guy, but my son says this one looks great on me. The color gives Marty McFly vibes, but I like that. It contrasts nicely with dark greens, whites and blacks.

I received my men's small Ghost Whispered 2 vest today. Weight is 5. 1oz. It's the same fine quality of my Ghost Whisperer 2 sweater that weighs 8. 0 oz. They are roomy enough for layers under and the most packable layers that I own. Kudos to MH for a home run.

Really great shirt: comfortable for hot days and nights. It gets only 4 stars by comparison with last year's Shade Lite shirt. This one has slightly heavier fabric, and seemingly, a tighter weave, so it does n't breathe as well. On the other hand, the new snaps are much easier to unsnap than last year's metal ones.( I sometimes wonder if I 'll rip the snap out of the Shade Lite before it disengages!)

I love Polartec Powerstretch for a wide range of activities, and have used it for over 20 years in pieces from most of the major outdoor manufacturers. MH's design is the best I 've found, and I hope they do n't change and will continue to offer this piece indefinitely, just in more colors. I really appreciate having the elastic hem to seal in warmth, and make it easy to layer under other layers. The elastic cuffs with simple but effective thumb loop is great too. Also love the raglan shoulder design. Seriously MH do n't ever change a thing with this piece, it's perfect as is!

[ fit is as expected and it will be used for fall and spring in NY for my son who is in High School and apparently jackets are optional except for those which can be stuffe dinto his knapsack. This jacket( when crushed into a ball by noted son) is really small and the warmth vs. weight is excellent. Recommended by parent of moody teenager. ONLY concern is that the shell of the jacket is really thin, so the likelihood of a tear is there. We will see...
