I was extremely impressed with the Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra. The fit is incredibly comfortable — snug without feeling too tight, and it moves naturally with my body. The longline design offers great additional coverage and feels very secure during high- movement activities. The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

This is my all- time favorite sports bra!!! It's so comfortable for someone with a DD cup and not having to order a custom cup DD size. The straps and waistband are very comfortable no matter the workout. Everything stays put and it's also very stylish with the back strap interest. I 'm 5' 3 '' 135 lbs., 34DD cup, M fits perfect! I wish Nike made it in more colors, this is the only frustrating part, only a few colors offered at one. Nike- please make this style in more colors!! I like to purchase this bra to match my Zenvy leggings!

I love Nike's padded longline sports bras and I own 4 in two different styles!! I 'm a size 36A, 130- ish pounds and wear a medium in this style. I found that these bras are incredibly comfortable/soft for both long- distance running and casual use. These wash well, do not overly stretch after wearing all day, do not cause chaffing, and have sewn in pads! Win win win.

Really happy with this bra. I ordered a size small according to the size chart and it's a perfect fit. I wear this for both weightlifting and for gymnastics and so far it has held up really well. It's really nice to find a bra with some nice detail on the back whilst also still providing some support.
