I ordered 4 of these tops in various colours and i love the quality of these garments. However, the first 4 i had to send back as the size 16- 18 were too small for me. I am a size 16 uk( 5ft6 and 12 stones) i reordered( returning the others) and out of 4 garments only 2 fitted with 1 being too smalll again, even though it was marked XL the same as the others( uk20- 22 which i am not incidentally). So these fit very small. The other one was smaller but not as small. Go up at least 1 size when ordering. As i had already returned 4 from teh previous alder i really couldnt be bothered to return again so will gift the one that is way too small.

I have been testing this shirt for 3weeks and I continue to be impressed. It has made outdoor runs more enjoyable and allows me to keep running outside rather than switching to the treadmill. The shirt wicks sweat which keeps me warm longer than my previous shirts. I also love how practical this shirt is. My two favorite features include the thumb holes in the sleeve and the zipper pocket on the side to hold my ID, cash, car keys when needed. I love that I don ’ t need to make sure my shorts have a pocket to hold the essentials. The shirt ’s fabric is top notch. It has not stained or pilled when washed. It is thick enough for warmth while not being bulky. My shirt is white and my only complaint about the fabric is that the white color is fairly see through so I have to be careful what sports bra I wear underneath it.

These are by far my favorite synthetic hiking shirts. So lightweight and breathable, beautiful colors, perfect fit, super comfortable, dries fast and wicks sweat. The raglan sleeves mean no seams for backpack straps to rub and cause irritation. A slightly higher UPF rating would be nice, but would also make the fabric heavier, so I understand the trade- off there. The smooth texture works well when layering too.
