Great quality, lots of pockets and loops on the exterior, good ventilation on for my back, The only negative for me- it's currently only available in black. When they 're in blue or green, I will DEFINITELY get the larger size for longer hikes.

I am a female with 5 ft 3 ''( 160 cm) tall and chubby, the vest( XS- M Size) fits me perfectly. No chafing, very light, not shaking when running, and breathable. Even it is advertised for men, but it seems to work well for women with my size. But I do n't think it would work for women with large bust.

This is the only hydration vest that fits my 45 inch, that alone makes this perfect. I carry as much as two Bobo bars, three SIS gels, two 20oz flasks in the front pockets, one 14 oz flask, a packable rain coat and emergency kit. I could likely fit more atop that. Wonderful vest!

I love the breathable back panel and how I ’ m carrying a heavy load that doesn ’ t feel like a heavy load. For a short man it is one of the only packs that I can wear with out having to get a woman ’s pack. It is easy to use and access things from it. The opening of the pack has a wide opening to get to stuff at the bottom.

I have 40L and 50L packs for canyoneering and rock climbing, and a 5L vest mainly for hydration and snacks. Enter the NANO 16. It has become the perfect pack for day trips and hikes. It comfortably holds my 2L bladder, a windbreaker, binoculars, my GoPro gear, and even my rock hounding gear. The fit is perfect for my body type and easy to adjust. I have not used it in wet conditions yet. The one possible down side is that it's single opening on the top for access. Certainly not easy to get to items at the bottom.
