I have out grown the weights provided with the glove. So I replace them. But over a couple of years the heavier weight, and frequent use tore apart the gloves. Time to replace them.

I enjoy these as a way to add just a bit more weight and primarily wear for walks, around the house, and some exercises. Felt a little awkward at first( thumb hold and wedges between), but quickly gotten use to. Would have given perfect score but only used for a few months and have loose random threads and such.

I use these for general aerobic workouts to add a slight bit of resistance to my arms. Walking, jump roping, cardio kickboxing, even Zumba. The best part is that I can take the little weights out of the pocket so that I can wash the casing( pic). I have pretty bad arthritis in my thumbs. So, I just do n't use the thumb holes( pic). They feel comfortable to me that way. I had a pair before these that lasted me over 10 years. Eventually the finger loops started wearing out. So, I ordered these. The finger loops on these look even more sturdy. They 'll last a LONG time. Only reason I took a star away was because it was n't comfortable with my thumbs IN the holes.

Use these during my cardio kickboxing DVD. Kind of uncomfortable around your thumbs. Would n't be able to wear long term.
