I ’ ve had a lot of shorts over the years( will turn 64 later this year) these shorts are by far the most comfortable and well made pair I ’ ve worn. Good fit, I usually wear a 34( U. S. size) and bought the 50( Eur size). I use them for everyday wear and find the pockets well thought out and placed. My first pair of shorts that don ’ t have rear pockets which I was concerned about as I have always carried my phone in my right rear pocket. However not an issue as it fits perfectly in the small mesh pocket in the right leg pocket. It ’s an iPhone 13 with a wallet on the back and was a bit snug in the left leg pocket. Both hand pockets are deep easy to access and the zippers work perfectly. The material had good stretch and seems very durable, I expect to have these shorts for many years and can see myself buying a second pair in another colour. I

Excellent fit and cut. Maybe run a little tight in the waist and hips, slim through the leg. The new AP Active fabric is amazing. Its super soft, breathable, has great stretch. I am giving 4* because the front hip pockets are awkwardly short. I have a normal sized mobile phone and it wo n't fit in those pockets( or the rear pockets) vertically. Also, I wonder about the durability of the fabric long term. That being said, I am going to get another pair. I 'd buy even more if these were a tad heavier and with 5 pocket styling.

My favorite for trail runs and hikes. The length to mid knee is perfect. I sized one up because I like shorts with some room, but even so they have what I 'd call a `` normal '' fit. [ I own several Stretch Zion 10 in shorts and try to pick more up whenever there is a great deal. This is one of those rare clothing items that seems perfect in every way and someday I am sure I will be complaining to someone who does not care that they no longer make my favorite shorts. They are comfortable, have just the right number of pockets, and look great. They also have been very durable for me. I have worn them for work, hiking, camping, and more. I normally wear a 29 or 30 inch waist, but do a 28 in these as the stretch material comfortable accommodates me without feeling restrictive. I love that they do have a cinch strap, though, which can be used in place of a belt for a snug fit.

[ I have been wearing Stretch Zion shorts for at least 16 years and this latest version has up as well as the rest. They look nice enough to teach in, durable and breathable enough to bike/climb/hike in, and move well enough to workout in. I prefer the traditional cargo pocket on both legs but one is better than none.
