I did n't know they made a grey one!! Sweet I 'll be buying one soon. I love this product. I wear a petzl strato helmet for tree work, and a Stihl Advance for ground work. The strato is a buckled bike style safety helmet and Stihl is a hard hat type helmet. The `` ninja' mask as I call works with both helmets. I also wear it under my baseball hats. This is my favorite winter work accessory. It makes those freezing cold mornings not suck so much. One of the best features is that it quickly dries. I throw mine on my dash and after a ten minute trip to a different job site it's dry and ready to wear again.

Great heavy insulated hat for snow sports, probably too heavy to consider for anything else besides maybe short approach bouldering. Super warm, cuts out all the wind. Great to have in the kit, have n't had a hat quite like it yet.

Rusty
The lining will 99% block the wind from the top of your ears up. But since the lining stops there, When I rolled the sides down to cover my ears, it allowed wind( and cold) to hit my ears. Kind of defeats my purpose for buying. I will keep it as a back up to my other MH cap that has lining all the way to below my ears that I love.
