These are great duffel bags! I ordered the red, green, and white ones. I ordered the small size, because I just need it for daily trips to the YMCA f and maybe for a day or two trip here or there. It will hold a pair of shoes and a basketball, my swimming gear, and a change of clothes no problem. I use the shoe garage for a basketball and put the shoes on the other side to get the extra room when carrying both. If you are looking to carry a lot more I 'd move up to the medium size which I purchased at first, but it was just to big for my needs. The small is perfect in my opinion. The red and white bags really pop, but that Oregon green really takes the take. The black option looks ok too, but I just like the other 3 colors better.

This is the only bag I use now. I was able to fit an extra pair of sneakers and flip flops in the side compartments and utilized the spot for my 13 '' iPad. The shoulder straps come in key since the bag can fit a heavy amount of clothes.

It is big enough to put up to 4 days worth of clothes and other things for travel. The strap for the back pack can be hidden if you are not using it. It can hurt your back if you are carrying it as a back pack and you put a lot of stuff it it, Would be good if there is a belt below to strap on your waist to support the heavy bag when it is full. I used it a carry on luggage so we did not have to check it in.
