My husband and I were trying to decide between the Base Camp Voyager Duffel and the original Base Camp Duffel, and we ultimately decided on the Voyager version, and we are very happy with the decision. We are using the bag mostly for weekend or road trips where we can both pack our belongings in the same bag instead of rugged trips( ex: camping or backpacking) or long trips where bags may need to be checked. The material for the Voyager is not as thick and sturdy as the original version, but it's still plenty sturdy. We are also not rough on our bags though. I the backpack straps, which can easily be removed with buckles and tucked away whereas with the original version, the backpack straps have to be looped through and are more cumbersome. It is also comfortable to wear as a backpack for short periods. The one downside to the bag is that the internal organization zipped pockets do n't have a lot of room or stretch, so you ca n't fit a lot of items in there. I also wish there were internal compression straps to keep the contents in position since they can shuffle around a lot when not fully packed. Overall, we love the bag, and it has become our go- to bag for our trips!

I use these lightweight dry bags on many caving expeditions. They are fantastic in that they hold up well and weigh almost nothing. The addition of the field repairable buckles has also really secured these as some of the best dry bags on the market. I would still prefer the seal design to be changed into more of an envelope style to ensure an even greater seal at the top but beyond that I really recommend these as long as you can put them in the secondary containment like a backpack.

Bought it 2 years ago and it's holding beautifully. Handles have developed some patina but a lot of the bag looks like new. Main compartment zipper is reinforced and does not het floppy/wrinkly, making zipping/unzipping easier and getting into the bag easier. Plenty of compartments and and carry styles thanks to many attachment loops for shoulder belt and handles. Handles do dig in into shoulders though if you carry heavy stuff. Also, magnets in to keep the handles together hold the handles quite poorly. But it's really all the nitpicks I can think of.

What a wonderfully versatile backpack! I was hesitant to purchase a backpack because I 'm not a big person and I was concerned I would look like a 1st grader headed off to school with any pack on my back. This bag is AWESOME! I travel a lot and have tried a variety of different styles and types of bags to use as my carry- on luggage and until now had not found one that was anything but just 'okay'. They were either too big or too small, hard to carry with my other luggage, lacked compartments I needed, etc. However this one is amazing! It's big enough to carry everything I need including my laptop, a change of clothes, some toiletries, my tablet and phone, and anything else I might want to take with me. Plus it has some many sections that I keep everything organized. And one of my favorite things about it is that it slides over the handle of my suitcase making it a breeze to carry with my other luggage. And aside from traveling, it's been the perfect bag to take for little day trips we take to the zoo, museum, fairs, and anywhere else my family and I like to go on a 'Family Day'. Plus it's beautiful, the material is soft and high quality, and it's easy to clean. There's only one thing and it's not really an issue, but more of a warning, and that's you have to pay attention and not put things in the one side pouch that is meant to slide over suitcase handles or you 'll end up with whatever you put in there falling right out. So overall I have to say this bag really is superb and definitely worth the cost. If you 're looking for the perfect large bag, get one of these and I promise you wo n't be disappointed!

Away Luggage sent me a Large Featherlight Tote in Amaro Brown for free in exchange for my honest feedback! Let's start with the size of this bag, I was pleasantly surprised that it was much larger than I anticipated. I could very easily fit at least a weeks worth of stuff in here and I am not a light packer by any means! This bag is high quality all around, all of the seams were done well, the straps are nice and thick, and the zippers all glided very smoothly; it feels like it will last a long time. I love that inside it has multiple different compartments and on the outside it also has the slip to sit on top of your luggage. I think this is a worthy investment piece, it should last you a long time and you wo n't have to worry about it falling apart. Even the texture of the outside of the bag is noteworthy, I spilled a little on it and it was very easy to wipe off without leaving a stain. Definitely better quality than most bags I have so I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a new travel bag!

I purchased my foldsack because I have a High Coast 18 that I absolutely adore but needed a rest. When I saw this pack for the first time, I knew I had to have it! The first thing that I gravitated towards was the zipper closure combined with the fold over hook. Which was a great feature because I use my pack for just about everything so this comes in handy if I fill my pack to the brim and need extra security. It is waterproof and Eco friendly... game changer! I am 5' 2 so I thought it would look huge on my back but it looks similar to my 18L. I am in love with all the color options but I chose Rowan Red which is close to a deep orange. I 'll still take my High Coast 18 on treks but this High Coast Foldsack 24 is riding shotgun from now on.

This was a give for my wife, who already had the carry- on suitcase which she used on our most recent trip abroad. We had noticed people with `` personal items '' that could attach to the handle of roll- on bags and decided something like this would make it even easier to maneuver through crowded airports. We tend to pack light and avoid checking luggage for the most part, so the carry- on suitcase and Everwhere Bag should be enough for our longest trips( a week or so) without too much problem.

I think the thickness of this bag is the perfect intersection of durable and light- good for a food bag while camping or a dirty laundry bag while traveling. I have never had a S2S buckle break on me, but it's cool that it comes with a field replaceable buckle. I 'm not totally sure what the benefit of the hang tab on the bottom of the bag is for, but I 'm sure there is a reason for it.

I use these lightweight dry bags on many caving expeditions. They are fantastic in that they hold up well and weigh almost nothing. The addition of the field repairable buckles has also really secured these as some of the best dry bags on the market. I would still prefer the seal design to be changed into more of an envelope style to ensure an even greater seal at the top but beyond that I really recommend these as long as you can put them in the secondary containment like a backpack.

They watched me stuff the next days breakfast along with some personal items in the Evac bag. Worked well keeping the items inside dry. We had no issues. This is a great product for just about any sport that involves any sort of water. This spends most of the winter on my snowmobile keeping backup layers dry, and has held up really well. These ca n't get wet extra layers are essential in the backcountry, but I never have to worry about that with this bag. In the summer this transitions onto my bike and can take the wear and tear of being strapped on externally. I had an older version of these bags, but the new one is easier to use and more streamlined. The compression feature is well worth the( minimal) additional weight as it takes up way less space and gives you more options to strap the bags onto other things.

13L is the perfect size for my 20 degree down sleeping bag. It ’s critical to keep down dry and having the compression straps turn a full size down bag into the size of a small basketball which frees up lots of space in my backpack for other items. I have an older version of this bag that still works well but the new quick release buckles on this model make it easier to use. Note that you do need to be patient for the eVent to work. It ’s a dry bag so water can ’ t get in but air can escape with compression out of the eVent fabric. Pro tip: roll the top closed once and add pressure to get out a lot of the air, then add two more rolls and clip closed. Pull the bottom over the top and using constant pressure keep cinching the straps alternating sides for and even compression. Another quality piece of gear by Sea to Summit. Two thumbs up.

I have been using the EVX 13 L dry bag when paddling, climbing, camping and bikepacking. This bag is amazing! It is light, tough and above all keeps the weather out. I took this out on a multi- day bikepacking trip which turned into a multi- day snow and rain event. I stored my down jacket and other `` need to stay dry so you do n't cry '' items in it( down jacket/pants). Everything stayed perfectly dry. The compression straps allow me to get my gear into small areas in my bike bags without compromising the integrity of my gear. The compression straps worked super smooth, no twisting or locking up. I travel to remote locations, most of the time solo( unless guiding). I need to know that I can count on my gear to keep me in the backcountry as long as I want and not have to leave due to equipment failure or poor design. The EVAC bag is amazing. I am going to purchase more and I highly recommend it to anyone that spends time exploring, or traveling in areas you know the weather will test and punish the your gear.

Had this a couple of months and just took my first trip. I bought a pair of ski boots and checked them with my luggage. On my return trip I was worried they would get banged up so a light bulb went off. Could I possibly fit two huge size twelve ski boots in my Peak design. Holy crap. They fit like a glove. As if they were designed for the bag. Bonus, I said hmmmm. I wonder if I can use the straps to tie my helmet to the outside. boom works perfectly. And I also put my tech bag, lap top, iPad, kindle, head phones, goggles, etc in the bag and I need even need to expand to 45 liters. I also bought the sling bag which I carry in the bag and use as a day pack, it takes up zero room in the bag. Oh and I am still finding little compartments I did n't know where there. THERE IS NOT OTHER BAG ON THE MARKET AS GOOD AS THIS. Oh, I know I am a bag junky and I own all the others as well.

I got this to replace an ultralight Eagle Creek carry- on roller- and have taken it on several trips. Highly recommend for frequent travelers who like to walk- on, walk- off. Pros: Super light! I like the internal compression straps with cloth between to snug down clothes. Smooth extension of T- handle. Padding on outer large pocket allows for carrying a laptop. Nice internal pockets/ organizers Cons: Sideways zip on the main compartment makes sense yet I 'm used to top- down zips. The zippers are smaller and are snagging a bit going around the corners- probably still breaking in. I paired this with Ultralight pack and it's an unbeatable combo.
