Very nice bag in fun colors! It has two zipper pockets I ’ ll call the main ones the bigger one towards the back has 2 compartments in it. One is padded with a bit of covering. The font pocket has a place for keys. And lots of room for smaller stuff. Then in the strap there ’s a zippered place for your sun glasses. And on top of the pack there ’s 2 stamps that tighten down for water bottles my is 36 oz. Or a tent.

The stitching of the netting on the sides of the bag are coming undone/fraying a bit but otherwise its in good shape. It works great as a gym bag, weekender, etc. but poorly as a travel bag as it does not fit carry- on dimensions and it stains rather easily and can get dirty quickly.

It's built strongly enough to withstand the rigors of my daily work/life commute but crafted with such taste it looks like it belongs in any boardroom for executive meetings. FIT and FEEL: Backpack is bigger than it looks, and still fits comfortably when wearing for extended periods of time. The straps have solid padding and the Haul Loop is extra luxurious. No trouble adjusting the straps to my desired length. DESIGN: Sleek, understated elegance. The only branding on it is a basic Nike Swoosh on the front outer pocket, and even then it's the same color as the rest of the backpack to continue with the more sophisticated look. FABRIC: The nylon material used on the exterior of the backpack feels like its built to last and the interior polyester is also well constructed. There are so many things I love about this backpack. The Trolley/Luggage sleeve on the backside is such a nice feature to be included as this backpack definitely has the size to be used for extended trips. I also like how the interior laptop sleeve has a button clasp at the top to prevent a laptop from potentially sliding out or moving around if the backpack was upended for any reason. The drawstring allows for a wider opening into the main compartment but there's also a side zipper for quick access( refer to my photo). There's also an interior bottle sleeve that could potentially be used to hold sunblock or anything else you may want to keep hidden away.

These are great duffel bags! I ordered the red, green, and white ones. I ordered the small size, because I just need it for daily trips to the YMCA f and maybe for a day or two trip here or there. It will hold a pair of shoes and a basketball, my swimming gear, and a change of clothes no problem. I use the shoe garage for a basketball and put the shoes on the other side to get the extra room when carrying both. If you are looking to carry a lot more I 'd move up to the medium size which I purchased at first, but it was just to big for my needs. The small is perfect in my opinion. The red and white bags really pop, but that Oregon green really takes the take. The black option looks ok too, but I just like the other 3 colors better.

We absolutely love this bag as our personal item( as long as it's not overstuffed, it fits easily under the seat) to bring our toddler's plane snacks, toys, tablet, and other travel essentials along with a smattering of items we want to keep on us instead of checking through. I 've been using this Surge backpack since 2019 and it has been great! I 've heard my family's thoughts on the newer model of the same backpack and they are not as impressed. The straps are more prone to breaking and the seams have started tearing pretty early in the life of their backpack. This being said, my older model has been so great! It's gone through years of hauling notebooks, folders, textbooks, water bottles, and clothes for practice after school. One of the shoulder straps did begin to tear last year( 2024) slightly but a quick stitch- job has got it back to working order. I would definitely buy a North Face backpack again!
