After having 6 kids my breasts definitely need more support on a regular basis and this bra provides that but is n't too tight and is extremely comfortable. I love the long band because I feel like it keeps the bra in place better. I find that because my breasts are small, most bras will ride up unless they 're made so loose that they no longer add any support. I did notice that the straps would rub against my shoulder blades at first. It was n't irritating and I did notice it less the more I wore it. I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

[ Recently I added the Plunge Sports Bra to my workout clothing options and I 've quickly began to reach for it first when available. I 've been impressed with it's ability to provide the level of support that I need but also be comfortable to wear even when I 'm not working out. The color I have is a bright red and has multiple straps that go across the back. The plunge is subtle and does n't expose a lot but allows for some airflow to keep me a bit cooler while I run. The bras fabric feels nice on the skin and I 've not experience any chafing or irritation when in use or afterwards. While training or running I 'm not having to adjust as the garment stays in place from when I first put it on. The bra does have stitched in modesty padding that I do n't have to adjust when I have it on but can get a bit twisted when washing. Not a difficult fix though since access to them is available through a slot on the sides. Initially the size felt a bit small but as I wore it more it got easier to put on without sacrificing the support desired. Washing has n't dulled the color and the feel continues to remain the same as the first time I wore it. I 'm thrilled to have this in my rotation and will continue to use it as my go to Sports Bra and at times wear even when not training. Ca n't recommend this item enough for it's comfort, support and styling.

This is my new favorite running bra! I do need to adjust the shoulder straps to their tightest setting for optimal support, but once I do, it holds everything in place. The wide straps have just the right amount of stretch and don ’ t dig into my shoulders, even after a long run. My shoulders feel great! While it ’s not quite perfect, it ’s getting close. The only drawback is that on hot, humid days, I notice extra sweat build- up around the lower part of the cups. Overall, though, it ’s a fantastic bra for running!

I love the material of this bra, it gives great support with a light feeling fabric and structure and even better is that it didn ’ t chafe even on a 20 mile run. I haven ’ t made much use of the pockets as I usually run with a rucksack, but I love the shape and look and the option of the pockets. My only negative is that for a pretty seam free bar not sure why it needed such a large label.

Buttery soft material! I love love love the adjustable band, as my ribcage expands during pregnancy.( why does n't every sports bra have that type of band?!) I agree with previous reviews that there is no chance of breastfeeding in this. It's way too hard to pull down. Maybe an adjustable shoulder straps similar to the bottom band would be helpful?

I 'm a 36B and have 3 of these bras in size L. As mentioned, this bra is for medium support so I do n't wear this model for running but it's great for low impact cardio, elliptical and weight training workouts, as well as just everyday use. I have followed the directions for washing and avoid using the dryer to dry after washing.
