This is my very first sports bra ever. After long amount of time spend on the internet searching for the right bra that holds, shapes and looks good on you, I finally bought this sports bra and let me tell you. NO REGRETS. Actually, I ’ m back to buy more of this kind. My girls are more on the bigger side of you know what I mean. I ’ m 5 ’ 3, 158 pounds and got it in size M instead of XL like size chart recommended. It ’s a bit tricky to get in and out but once the bra is on, you won ’ t be able to even tell you wear one. My first time at the gym on the treadmill and other heavy machines, I didn ’ t had to zip here, put the ladies back in place every 2- 3 min. I ’ m beyond happy and satisfied with this bra. Great support if you ’ re on the bigger side of your girls. I only suggest to follow size chart though, I was able to try the bra before purchases and therefore I decided to go with size M instead XL. I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

I loved this bodysuit. The fabric feels great, love the height of the pockets. The only issue is that it rises up in the middle. I had read other comments with the same issue. I figured i would be ok because i 'm 5' 3 and have a short torso but i still had the same issue where it was still rising up. Other then that no complaints

The romper has a great look. The positives are that it has deep pockets which can hold my phone comfortably. It has a low back which enhances the look and lastly the material is very soft and helps with all day comfort. Some of the downsides are that the straps aren ’ t adjustable so they ’ ll likely stretch out over time. Also it does not have a built in bra. You need to wear a sports bra underneath

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

Just ran my third marathon, and I chose a new sports bra because I wanted something to hold my phone( I hate running races with a running belt, and my shorts had a little too much bounce)! This sports bra held my phone in place to the point where I was never rudely reminded it was there. Also, it's quite easy to get your phone in and out of, which is a huge plus! In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

[ This bra means business. She ’s got adjustable straps and base to really strap you in. It ’s very nice having the option to tighten everything down but also loosening it up before putting it on makes it loads easier. The adjustable parts did not come loose during a run or a hiit workout. They did not loosen!! Extra bonus, the straps are made with extra squishy neoprene material to they don ’ t fold or bend and are extra comfortable for when you tighten the shoulder straps more. They still dig in a bit( depending on how tight you make it) but I did not actively notice the discomfort like I usually do with compression type sports bras.

Something that is super cute about this is that it comes without built- in padding which I do enjoy for the aesthetics sometimes and the general comfortability when I just want to be free around the house. Yes, you are going to have to add your own padding, but it is nice to have a top that I can choose the padding in as well. It is super comfy, the straps do n't cut into your shoulders and I think it is really cute with almost all outfits from training, to hiking to even some casual wear. The straps are good for adjusting( I only had to do a little) and it had a very flattering shape, not too loose, pretty snug. I think if you were bustier, it might work for you better since there's a surprising amount of support on it. This bra is one of the best I have used for reducing bounce. It felt tight when I first tried it on but I do not notice tightness after a few wears and it was never an issue during a run. I bought my usual bra size. I use it on it's longest strap setting, maybe because of my height( 5'10 '').

I was not expecting much from this bra but omg let me tell you I ran a 10k in this bra and it was the most supportive bra I have ever run with! I usually have to run with two sports bras but the Racerback 2. 0 Sports Bra was comfortable, light weight and there's no sports bra pads that fall out when you wash it. I love the design, especially the adjustable straps with the clasp because it really holds everything together. I will definitely be purchasing the same bra but a different color.

Great running bra. I purchased this bra for use in training for two half marathons and a marathon this year. I used the measurements on the sizing chart and it fits well. I have been using it consistently for long runs and it ’s super comfortable and there ’s no chaffing! For my next purchase I might go down one size to allow more adjustments as it ’s currently on the smallest strap setting.

[ I 've been interested in trying a cute asymmetrical sports bra, and this hit the mark. The material is double- layered, soft, and has the right amount of stretch to feel supported. I appreciate the sewn- in cups the most- they wo n't get lost in the dryer! Even with only one strap, this bra held up to a 30- minute upper body strength training workout. I would n't go upside down in it, but for me this felt more like medium- support due to the fit and I would feel comfortable wearing it on the bike or a power walk.

It ’s very comfortable and supportive. This style asymmetrical is so flattering. I can ’ t wait to get many more years of use out of this top! The fabric is soft and luxurious. I think my absolutely favorite feature which I didn ’ t even notice until after I washed it the first time is that the pads are sewn in so they won ’ t move! What a win as hunting down the sports bra pads for my tops is one of my least favorite past times.

[ I ’ ve been using this sports bra for the last few weeks while on my runs and also to do weight based training. It is my new favorite. It is very supportive while running. I am typically a 38 C and I recieved a size large which seems to be a great fit. It ’s flattering and comfortable. The moisture wicking type material is great, and the bright red color is washing well( not fading)! My only complaint is every time I wash the sports bra the padded inserts come out and I have to maneuver them back in. I prefer to have them in versus out, or else I would probably throw them out. A sewn in version would be great!

[ Recently I added the Plunge Sports Bra to my workout clothing options and I 've quickly began to reach for it first when available. I 've been impressed with it's ability to provide the level of support that I need but also be comfortable to wear even when I 'm not working out. The color I have is a bright red and has multiple straps that go across the back. The plunge is subtle and does n't expose a lot but allows for some airflow to keep me a bit cooler while I run. The bras fabric feels nice on the skin and I 've not experience any chafing or irritation when in use or afterwards. While training or running I 'm not having to adjust as the garment stays in place from when I first put it on. The bra does have stitched in modesty padding that I do n't have to adjust when I have it on but can get a bit twisted when washing. Not a difficult fix though since access to them is available through a slot on the sides. Initially the size felt a bit small but as I wore it more it got easier to put on without sacrificing the support desired. Washing has n't dulled the color and the feel continues to remain the same as the first time I wore it. I 'm thrilled to have this in my rotation and will continue to use it as my go to Sports Bra and at times wear even when not training. Ca n't recommend this item enough for it's comfort, support and styling.

I love Nike's padded longline sports bras and I own 4 in two different styles!! I 'm a size 36A, 130- ish pounds and wear a medium in this style. I found that these bras are incredibly comfortable/soft for both long- distance running and casual use. These wash well, do not overly stretch after wearing all day, do not cause chaffing, and have sewn in pads! Win win win.
