These are by far my favorite synthetic hiking shirts. So lightweight and breathable, beautiful colors, perfect fit, super comfortable, dries fast and wicks sweat. The raglan sleeves mean no seams for backpack straps to rub and cause irritation. A slightly higher UPF rating would be nice, but would also make the fabric heavier, so I understand the trade- off there. The smooth texture works well when layering too.

Great lightweight shirt. Have multiple to wear under nearly anything. Only issue I 've ran into is some pilling on where my IWB holster sits. that's self inflicted. Not a design flaw. Work in the private security sector. OR makes some quality products. Been using them since working in SOF.

Perfect shirt for warm weather. Very light, extremely breathable. My go- to for a summer run or hike. Athletic fit. A little tighter than I ’ m used to around the arms and neck, but not restricting in any way. 5 ’ 8 ” 170 and a medium fits well. Note that the fabric is nearly see through.

This shirt is great! I personally use the t- shirt for daily things and outdoor wise for rock climbing. I find it incredibly comfortable and perfect for my build( slim). I am 180cm 65kg and I fit both S and M. I have it a total of 4 times. I also own other Fjallraven t- shirts but this is my favourite. My job is not physical but allows me to have a casual wear and I use this shirts a lot. I am only adding the following to address the other bad reviews. The tag, just remove it. I find so interesting that other customers just didn ’ t do it. If there is an answer about “ well for the quality of the brand I would not like to so that ” Fjallraven is a outdoor brand so if you are comfortable getting muddy, sweat, and dirt in this t- shirt, you probably also do not care about removing a tag or the cotton pilling a little bit. It will not maintain a smooth line fabric but the feeling and comfort doesn ’ t decay.

I needed some new shirts for work and stumbled upon this shirt in- store. I really liked the simple designs on the chest and the back. I did n't even try it on in store and just bought it. When I got home I tried it on and it fits so nicely and comfortably. The material is n't too thick or thin. It somewhat still feels very breezy but also keeping you warm enough. Bought this jersey at the Sea Otter Classic Expo, and wore it on the mountain bike tour. Loved the extra length in the back and the way the seam design at the shoulders and the stretch fabric gave me freedom of movement on the bike all day. I went with the blue color but want to grab the green one too.

The Freewheel Short Sleeve Jersey is more like a daily driver shirt over a traditional jersey. You can wear it daily for day to day tasks then hit the trail after work. The material is similar to other Outdoor Research shirts in the 2024 clothing catalog. I took the shirt for weekly rides on local trail heads in MD in spring and on the Santos Trails in FL on a work trip. The stretch is nice when you catch a sticker bush and length is nice if you have a long torso. The only con in my opinion is that a bring color would be nice for hunting seasons. I currently have the blue shirt and it looks good.

Finally got the chance to ride in this. Breathable and is a nice fabric. I do n't see a huge difference between riding in this versus any tech fabric shirt though. It also feels big. I think a snugger fit would help as I worry about snagging it on branches.

Really great shirt: comfortable for hot days and nights. It gets only 4 stars by comparison with last year's Shade Lite shirt. This one has slightly heavier fabric, and seemingly, a tighter weave, so it does n't breathe as well. On the other hand, the new snaps are much easier to unsnap than last year's metal ones.( I sometimes wonder if I 'll rip the snap out of the Shade Lite before it disengages!)
