After over 10 years of playing baseball, my high school son( catcher) will ONLY wear these cup shorts. Why? because the cup pocket is on the OUTSIDE of the short! Easy to put the cup in or take out after a game, no pinching or pulling if the rubber cup sticks out of the pocket. I recently purchased this set in navy blue and am honestly so in love with it. The shorts have a real quality feel to them and aren ’ t too short looking while wearing them out( which is usually an issue for me). They ’ re decently stretchy, I would suggest maybe sizing down if you ’ re on the more petite side- I know for me, I ordered the small and can live with the little bit of room in the waist, but I know that some prefer a shapewear like fit for these types of sets.
