I really like these trousers. I wanted a pair of hiking trousers that looked a little more stylish and can be worn in a multitude of scenarios. I have them in green, a pleasing military shade, and like the fact they are all a single block of colour unlike many two- tone hiking trousers( which I personally find a little uncool). Material is flexible facilitating easy and fluid movement and is durable but not heavy. The cut is straight, not baggy, a little more slim than most walking trousers. I first discovered these pants last year and now I own them in 4 different colours. They are so comfortable. They are the perfect fall/spring hiking pants. We live in New Brunswick where the winters can be pretty brutal, but just took a pair of thermals on underneath and even winter they have been fantastic. I love them so much that my partner had to spend a long time convincing me that the black pair did not count as formal attire to wear to a wedding.
