I have caught more numbers of smallmouth and panfish on the z- man micro finesse lures than any lure I ’ ve tried. This is a great creek and small river lure. I ’ ve caught a few nice sized bass, but I would recommend the bigger zman ned jigheads if you ’ re looking for 18 ”+ smallies. The lures are tough, don ’ t tear up like most soft plastics.

I had originally bought one two pack of these jigs from my local dick's. I took them out with me the next day to a local creek, after trying the trout magnets and the trout magnet mini with no success I tied one of these on with in three cast I had a nice little 12 inch brook trout.
