The arms of the jacket is stretchy, but the middle part of the jacket is n't. You have to size up in the jacket. I bought 2 sets. The bottoms in the blue are large and the maroon color are in an xl. Absolutely love these leggings! They fit snug but move with you. My only complaint is that the waistband tends to roll down when I workout and bend over. Otherwise these are a 10/10 I ’ ve lost weight and these still fit great and I ’ ve had them for about 3 years now. The mesh part at the bottom is see through and they are a little thin so not a great option for the winter time but they are breathable and great to workout/run in.

I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” and 120 lbs, and the XS fits really well. The waistband is a bit snug going over the hips, but once it ’s on, it feels firm and supportive, which I like. The best way to describe the fabric is to compare it to the Athleta brand I also wear. The Athleta brand has a buttery soft feel, a bit slick, thinner feeling fabric, and I do love them. By comparison, the Calia fabric for this legging has a slightly course, thicker feel, making it a bit warmer with a more substantial feel, which I also love. And when I say “ course ”, I should clarify that it is still a very soft fabric and you won ’ t be disappointed. Both are great in their own way, and I wear either depending on what I ’ m doing.
