Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

We bought this to start rowing( instead of cycling), so although we 're `` beginners '', we come from a lifetime of exercise. It's an excellent rower that's a direct comparable to the Concept2( think clone). The rower itself is perfect. The only element that could be improved is the computer/display. The data a rower wants altogether during a workout is spread across two screen modes, but it's not a large issue since one display mode shows the most used basic data. The Concept2 computer/display is far more evolved/refined, but the Ethos display lacks nothing important( although I will never know why folks want to see calories since that metric can not be accurate unless it takes into account body factors outside the computer's data).( In all fairness to the reader here, I 'm not convinced the power/watts metric is fully accurate but hopefully I 'm just wrong on this.) I hope Dick's guides improvements in the computer/display going forward. I 'd even be willing to upgrade the computer someday if new versions are released with more refined sophistication- the machine is really worthy of further improvement work.

He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. I recently purchased a Sole elliptical, and overall, I am satisfied with its performance. The elliptical is working fine and meets my expectations in terms of functionality and build quality. The smooth operation and various features make it a great addition to my home gym. However, the assembly process proved to be a tedious job. One significant improvement could be made in this area. None of the parts came labeled or marked, which made it challenging to identify them based on the manual. Adding simple markings or names on the components would have saved a considerable amount of time during assembly. Despite the minor inconvenience during setup, the elliptical itself is a solid product that delivers on its promises. I hope that Sole considers implementing user- friendly assembly practices in the future, enhancing the overall customer experience.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I have n't downloaded or used the app. The display is ok but improvements would be great. I do n't need to see my calories. The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

I bought this bike at the local store in August. Previously I had a basic Sunny spin bike and I wanted to get more motivation, as well as stats. I read reviews for all of the connected spin bikes and this one seemed to fit my needs. The biggest negative reviews were on the connectivity, sometimes cutting out. When I first got it, I did have some issues with that, but after about 2 updates, I did n't have to think or worry about it connecting and having to reboot or unplug it. There is a huge list of rides and instructors to pick from, I 've found the ones I like. There are rides from 15- 75 minutes, with instructors and scenic. I 've found having instructors motivate me, especially my favorite ones- Jama, Christina, Nicole. I 'd recommend this bike for anyone looking to get a connected spin bike.

We are converting one room in our home to a home gym. This rowing machine is equal to any commercial machine I have used in a gym. Smooth and easy to use. Set up is a little challenging. The biggest problem is getting the pin in( correctly) that holds the two main pieces together. Even in the video the guy does n't have it right the first time, but it is corrected later in the video. Be patient this part is a pain. After it is together you will have a great machine and be very glad you bought it. I am so impressed with Stamina products that I bought a recumbent bike, that just came in today. I am looking forward to getting it together and giving it a try.

I purchased my Stamina DT Pro Rower, because I have been an avid hiker and my knees were starting to give up the long haul feeling. I had Stem Cell injections in both knees, and after the few weeks of rest needed to get a low impact form of exercise, to help strengthen them. We abandoned our membership at the local gym- thanks Covid-, and Rowing seems to be the one exercise, using the highest percentage of the bodies muscle groups, not to mention getting the cardio I needed. So, how is it going? After 4 weeks, my knees are getting stronger and my core is making great improvement. How I walk and carry myself, takes me years back to a more fit time. The pulse recovery tool, which helps measure how fit your body is, by measuring pulse after the workout has been the best mental tool for me. After my first session, I registered a 4. 1 on the recovery score. Much worse than I thought I would be. This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

This rowing machine is wonderful! I did not want to give a full star down- rating for only a minor issue, so will leave my rating at 5 stars. The only issue had to do w/the LCD display attachment. There was a one of 4 screws that did not fit properly in the mounting hardware and my display ended up in a crooked position. However, like I said it's only a minor thing and does not at all impact the functionality of the machine. I 'm so glad that I purchased this rower!!!

Quiet to use( just 2 weeks into using it). Easy- ish to assemble. Took me about an hour. Biggest complaint about assembly is that the instructions refer to nuts, bolts, and washers by item numbers( 1) that are slightly different than how they appear on the packaging and( 2) that disappear when you try to open the package. How about making the nuts, bolts,& washers different colors OR showing the item numbers on the plastic instead of the cardboard/paper background? I purchased this seat in hopes that it would give me a little more support than the original seat in my kayak. I did n't even remove the old seat. I just inflated the lumbar back( fabulous) I must say and sat it in the kayak over the original seat. The new seat is a little higher on my back and the lumbar area gives me the support for a very comfortable ride. I have had back surgery in the low back area and when I would spend time on the water, I always had back pain. I tried flotation cushions to raise me up higher or behind me to give additional support. Now that I have this particular seat I no longer have to put any additional padding anywhere. We assembled it quickly and easily( we are NOT handy people) and it works very well. I 'm a beginner so I ca n't comment on the display- I 'm just trying to burn calories, not race. I like the fact that it's higher than other water rowers because I have lower back issues, so the fact that it's a bit higher, and also that the back/seat is higher than the feet seems to alleviate stress on my lower back. The only `` surprise '' was that it is a bit noisier than other water rowers BUT I think that's because of the tilt of the tank. That said, I think the tilt makes for a better workout because it seems like you 're pulling the propellers through more water( pooled at the bottom of the tank) than you would be with the same amount of water in a flat tank. Frankly, when I tested the flat/level tank it felt `` too easy '' for me. Yes, I know it's about how fast I pull, but I like the additional resistance. It's not so much that it's noisy as that I ca n't watch/listen to anything unless I make it loud. My husband said you barely hear it in the rest of the house. I just wear earbuds so I can listen. One other thing to note: even though you can put an iPad on the lip of the display, you have to be sure to tilt it backwards a bit so the display does n't flop forward from the weight. Last, but not least, you ca n't beat the price( and nominal delivery charge) and availability. It arrived within a few days of ordering it. Great purchase!
