This has become one of my favorite summer shirts. Not having to get slathered up with sun screen is such a great thing. The shirt is soft, breathable, and fits really well. It blocks the sun as advertised and it dries quickly. I bought two because I like it so much. For sizing, I am 6' 2 '' about 178 lbs athletic build and it fits perfect. The shirt is long enough in all areas without being too wide and baggy. I will not run this through the dyer to keep the size as is. Needless to say, I recommend this shirt 100%. You will be happy you went for it!

I have purchased several of these, the ones that fit me the best are these with the snaps, Tamiami II. I wear the extra small, and I 'm a 34C. I wear these over athletic tank tops with a lightly padded sports bra( medium), I like that it's a perfect fit when it's buttoned up. If I was going to wear it over a bulky T- shirt or a push up bra, I may size up to a small, but I find them to be too big under the arms unless I leave it open to wear like a jacket. Other styles of Columbia button up long sleeve styles fit different, this one is fitted like an hourglass with a little stretch in the material. I have wide shoulders for my tiny 5' 3 '' 115 lb frame and this fits perfect in XS, other styles I need a small for my shoulders only. If you 're going to leave it unbuttoned then it does n't matter if it's a little big. I wear XS in most Columbia clothes esp with no sleeves, small in some items with sleeves. I wear XS in JCP Liz Claiborne& Worthington tops for reference. Major note- even though there is a notice that the colors on the site may be different than they are in person, I honestly expected the granite purple shirt to be more purple( it looks dusty lilac online). In person, it just looks medium gray. I put it up next to a gray T- shirt and it does look slightly purple- ish. Next to anything purple, it looks dirty. I 'm very disappointed in the color and will be returning that one for a different color. You would be better off just buying gray. This color will not go with anything except maybe black and white. So far, all of the blues and greens and variations of the two mixed together like turquoise and teal have all at the very least been complementary to each other. Some items I have purchased with the same color name have actually matched perfectly! But having a color that looks dirty is not good. I purchased the white one and it matches everything and is a great color for sun deflection in the Florida 8 month summer season. You should get definitely get the white one.

I was kind of skeptical getting these considering the way the size is listed. Since I am tall, usually I have to be careful and most stuff is too short for the inseam length. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. I usually wear 33/34. These fit perfect! Glad I pulled the trigger and will definitely get more. Not too baggy and not too tight. Very good for being active while mountain biking, leisure, or even at work. The blue color is a very nice touch and it ’s something that can be mixed well with the right shirts.

[ This is the second time I have purchased these shorts. I finally wore out the first pair which I purchased 2 years ago. I know the shorts are designed for fishing and ocean- related stuff. Yes, I use them for everyday wear as well as for the sport I play which is Lawn Bowls. The side pocket is great for holding everything from my lip balm to my measure for bowls. The only thing I find that is not so good is the stitching along the bottom of front pockets had to be resewn as this just does n't seem to hold. Other than that This is a great pair of shorts.
