I am so happy I got this coat for the torrential rains that are happening in California right now. I usually wear a medium... sized up to a large and I am glad I did. The sleeves are long enough to hide my cold hands and I 'm able to wear layers underneath for warmth. It still looks good. My L covers my butt( 5' 6 '', 34DD, short arms, 145 lbs.) Love the visor to shield my glasses. This will be comfy to wear in summer storms, too... the pit zips are handy, 2 outside large zippered pockets. The coat is not heavy but it is substantial.

The pockets do seem high on the jacket, but are still nice to have and deep- you could easily fit your phone and a small wallet in one pocket. I like the fit of this jacket. I am typically in between a medium and large. I would consider sizing down to a medium for a smaller fit( since it is oversized and cropped). It ’s amazing for gym workouts/running AND I ’ ve worn it over scrubs to work for a fashionable twist. The length of this jacket is perfect to keep me cozy during my warmup without restricting any movement at the hips( IYKYK), and it ’s breathable enough to throw over my sweaty top for my drive home. For reference, I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” with a shorter torso and it sits ~3 ” above my crotch. But honestly my favorite part is the pockets: they ’ re deep, they ’ re roomy, and they ’ re sewn at a steep angle so my belongings aren ’ t constantly sliding out when I lay down or lean over. The fabric isn ’ t perfect for me, as movements can be a bit loud( think noisy rain jacket) when I ’ m trying to examine a sleeping patient or steal a cookie from the nurse ’s station, but that also makes me think it ’ ll be pretty water resistant. I( luckily) haven ’ t had any rain recently to test that feature out. Overall, I ’ m really happy with this multipurpose jacket and I ’ m really excited to get some good use out of it.

You can wear in in the 50 ’s unzipped without getting too hot, and I ’ ve worn it in mid 30 ’s drizzle comfortably. Any cooler than 30 degrees and you ’ d probably want to throw on a fleece underneath. The Sherpa is a very nice touch, and I love the hood. This coat is more comfortable than my previous coat, time will tell if it also lasts me 20 years.

Which is fine for me since he can easily wear it over a sweatshirt. The design is relatively basic yet classic at the same time. Black with white can never go out of style. One of the great features of this jacket is the ribbed cuffs by the wrist. Although the arm length is a little long this feature stops the sleeve from going over the hand. The hood is a nice size and easily covers the entire head and face. So far we have used it in light rain and it has kept him totally dry. The material is soft. Its not too heavy but provides great protection from the wind and rain. Its light weight and very comfortable as well. Its my sons go to jacket when he leaves the house for most off the fall season. Hes only had it for a few weeks so far but the material has held up great. No signs of wear. Its pretty easy to clean. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone with kids. Its stylish and very practical for a very reasonable price. I would definitely buy again and plan on getting more in the future.

One of the best parts of this jacket is how well it holds up in gusty conditions. Even without layering heavily, I could feel noticeably less wind- chill than with my old softshell. I love that it's made of 75% recycled material and is also waterproof. Cool! My favorites about this coat are in the details though!! The sleeves have elastic so you can pull them up your arms and they stay. The zipper pulls all have a little extender on them for convenient use and there is an elastic hook to hang the coat by. Probably my favorite detail is the design of the hood pulls. You can pull your hood tight and lock it into place with a stopper. But even more awesome, the stopper is on a loop with a little blocking washer so your strings wo n't get lost in the holes of the hood during wear or washing. Amazing design!!! The only thing I would mention here is that I am a woman and this is a mens coat so the design is very straight; no room for hips at all- so I would suggest getting a womens style coat if you are at all curvy. For me I just tuck it under. Also for a men's small to fit me perfect makes me think it may run a bit small( as I think most Nike items do). Overall, highly recommend.

I am absolutely in LOVE with the color and warmth of this jacket! Just finished a Utah 10K wearing it, the weather started at 35 degrees with partial Sun and wind, and ended at 41 degrees. I wore this jacket with just a t shirt underneath, and stayed at the perfect temp the entire run!!! Omg I need more of these babies! I loved that I could fold up the hood, and all of the pockets. My last favorite detail is the hidden red buttons, as they are so cute and such a small but fun pop of color that can be hidden:)

The fit is amazing! I had to exchange the size and it was worth the wait. Living in Washington state the weather is starting to look amazing. I REALLY like this jacket. The material is so light for a rain jacket/wind breaker. I wouldn ’ t recommend it in heavy rain, but lighter rain yes. But it packs down so small it ’s easy to stick in your vest or just wear with the backpack straps on it so it ’s there if any wind or storms pop up.

I got this for an upcoming trip to Ireland. I am 5' 1 '' and a size 25 waist but I got a size S so I can still wear sweaters underneath. It's so cute and exactly what I was looking for! So far I 've worn it during heavy rain while walking my dog and I stayed completely dry. I like the little flap on the hood so rain does n't get in your face as easily. I like the adjustable waist and hood. I would 've preferred buttons or some other way to secure the front flap as opposed to the velcro but it is n't that big of a deal to me. It feels well made and is warm without making me hot. It does look like a heavier coat because of the insolation but it's pretty light.
