I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I always thought I had relatively smaller hands, but my fingers are thicker, and the size large gloves fit me great. I work recommend these gloves. The Velcro strap made them fit perfectly to my hands and the material was breathable.

These gloves were given to my wife who is an avid bicycle rider. They are very comfortable, and the padding, while not meant for bike riding, makes the bike riding experience even better. They will definitely help mitigate potential blisters and callouses resulting from lifting weights or bike riding and we would recommend them to anyone looking to do either of those activities. I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. Nonetheless, it is a sturdy belt by a reputable brand that also makes weightlifting equipment, so you just know it is of good quality.

These gloves are awesome. As a woman, I have difficulties lifting the weight my muscles can handle because my grip is too weak. I was able to do my first free pull- up with these gloves and have been lifting heavier with them. I was wary of using a full- finger glove because I had never trained in them. These gloves are touchscreen, so I can use my phone without having to take them off, I do n't mess- up my mani when I workout anymore, clamping fingers between weights does n't hurt as much, no touching all the germy equipment, and they have a towel on the thumb to wipe off sweat:) win, win, win. I was a bit concerned about sizing. I measured at the high end for medium but decided not to go for a large because I 'd rather have them be a bit snug. I 'm glad I got the medium because the large would have been too large in the fingers. As for the wrist strap, I have pretty small wrists but there was no way I was getting these to close all the way, and partially closed the velcro rubbed against my skin. I just tucked the loose bit under and problem solved, no rubbing, and because it was snug to begin with it stayed in place. I definitely think these will keep my hands from getting torn up as I advance to heavier weights( which is why I got them to begin with). They washed well( in a mesh bag on delicate cycle) but I think I 'll turn them inside out next time because there were a lot of loose little black threads that came off on my hands after the first use( probably just cause they 're new). They seem like they 'll hold up one time but it's too soon to tell.
