The material is nice and breathable which is perfect for warmer days and isn ’ t too thick. Because of this you do want to make sure you have the right underwear on( no VPL) but that is what you would expect from a legging- style short. Have worn these on long walks and days out, they stay comfy all day and I have even done a 5k run in them. A great all- rounder!

For reference: I am 5 ’ 5 ” 145lbs, thin athletic build wearing a small. I have wide hips and muscular thighs with a small waist, so finding shorts that fit is difficult. This summer, I set out to find better shorts for my body type and tried on basically every short style from every major brand. I like Lululemon ’s Track That 3 ” shorts, but the colors are limited. These shorts are my absolute favorite! They are flowy enough in the legs that they don ’ t ride up or chafe during long runs, and they are comfortable enough for everyday wear/lifting. As a bonus, they are reasonably priced! I scored several pairs on clearance and will come back looking for more colors as they release!
